Worst place you can ever step foot into. The pictures are deceiving. 85% of the doors have been attempted to be broken into. Our room smelled , had mold, hot water did not work , and the bed had BLOOD STAINS!! Blood stains for crying out loud. RUN ! Don't book here! When I went out to my car to leave there was someone trying to peak through the windows that I ran off

Nothing worked in these rooms. The T.V. would not turn on. The fridge, AC/Heater would not turn on. The lamp shades by the bed were all cut up with what looked like a razor knife. The walls were covered in blood and God knows what else. The sink had mold all over the walls. The furniture had cigarette burns and stains all over them. I recommend you spend a little more money and not try to penny pinch when It comes to a hotel in kent. They had the worst services. They didn't want to switch us rooms or repair anything that was broke. Shame on these people that run this place.

Hotel lobby was nice so had higher expectations on the room. Room made us feel unclean the entire stay, stains on furniture and walls, mold growing on bathroom ceiling, bed was uncomfortable and hurt my back and I could barely walk the next day, for the price would recommend staying elsewhere!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. The clerk, Frankie, was rude, argumentative and yelled at several customers. There was drug paraphernalia in the parking lot waiting to be stepped on. The hotel was so nasty we left and went to another hotel. Of course, we were denied a refund even though the hotel was not suitable for habitation. Absolutely disgusting. Will not ever go to another Ramada hotel.

Customer service was great and the general manager was sooo kind and generous and helped me and my family out a lot. I appreciate it soo much , the rooms was clean overall a great hotel and would recommend on any day the cheapest but yet still nice on the inside and out

I never use words like best, perfect, or worst, as thee words are subjective and almost are always never true. In this spirit, I won't brag how comfortable the bed was or how clean my room was, I understand that everything is relative to my words and life experiences. Especially since, I have experienced far worst in other states I have traveled too. What really speaks volumes, is when I stay somewhere where staff is willing to learn, grow, and the decisions they make come from their hearts, operating far beyond the expectations that others place on them. It is in this spirit that I do my best as a guest, as a person to give everyone a chance, and in such I have had some amazing conversations in this hotel. They may not have all the amenities of Marriott, but what meant more to me is when the staff went far beyond my expectations in order to help me when I needed it most. Patience is a virtue that I give freely. In this spirit, than you, Ramada!

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever been to. The first room they put me in was so dirty that the walls were even brown. There was no door on the closet (the hardware for a door was there so it was just missing), holes in the bedroom door and walls. They moved us and it was cleaner until we sat on the sofa bed and dust literally puffed up in a cloud around us. We unfolded the bed since one of us had to sleep on it and it was dirty, dusty, and so thin you could feel every spring. We got a refund and ran away. The photos are not of this hotel at all.

Avoid this place at all costs. It is nothing like the photos they have on the site. There is no hot water. The bedding was old and had holes. Half the lights did not work. Towels were old and tiny.
