The room was clean and comfortable there was a couple of things that needed attention. The staff were helpful and pleasant. The breakfast could have been better by having a better verity of food to offering. We were disappointed that the pool wasn’t available .

This is my second time experiencing “Mohawk” he also works at another location in Kent. Both times I’ve experienced him he is just very rude. I had checked in later than usual and when I went to pay he rudely said “put in your card” was huffing and puffing as if he was annoyed. I go to look for my room I come back to the front desk and I ask where the room is located mind you he didn’t tell me when check out was or breakfast or anything just basically made me sign and paper and go and proceeded to tell my my room was “around the corner” as if their aren’t 3 different hallways and outside rooms as well mind you my room was OUTSIDE now around the corner. I don’t understand why a person would want to work in customer service if it’s so hard to treat the people who PAY to come and stay at these places so poorly. For this to be my second time encountering him and he still had the same rude attitude from before? something needs to change or he needs to switch his line of work because he clearly doesn’t enjoy this. You guys need to up your employees and people who enjoy helping others instead of keeping this a “family” thing because they clearly don’t enjoy where they work and coming from the other reviews I’ve seen this is regular and you don’t treat people like that. Disgusting.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience due to how poorly I was treated by the manager named Singh at this hotel. I had a concern regarding a duplicate booking made directly at Ramada and a third party and called to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, the manager was extremely rude from the outset—constantly cutting me off while I was trying to explain the situation and showing zero willingness to listen or assist. To make matters worse, they abruptly hung up the phone on me mid-conversation. I’ve been traveling for years, staying at a variety of hotels, and I’ve also worked in the hospitality industry myself. I understand the challenges that come with the job, but this level of unprofessionalism is simply unacceptable. This was by far the worst interaction I’ve had with hotel management anywhere. Hospitality starts with basic courtesy and communication—two things that were completely lacking here. I would strongly caution others to consider alternative accommodations where respectful customer service is a priority. In any case, I have called Ramada's main customer care service directly and complained about this experience i had with the manager at Ramada Kent and the agent i talked to was professional and listened attentively.

The beds are comfy and clean the room I stayed in was clean and everything was working fine. They've recently put a security fence and cameras up around the place and are actively monitoring the place. The staff is friendly and helpful. I've even had a chance to speak to the new owners and it's clear they are doing their best to clean up what was a rough place and change the reputation. For the $ it's a great value for a place to stay.
