The lady at the front desk was friendly and accommodating. Otherwise, this place is a dump. The room itself is rundown: the windows are smudged and unwashed, the furniture is old and tattered, the mirrors are dirty, the woodwork and paint inside is dirty and chipped, the sink stopper was inoperable, and the tub wouldn't drain. The ice machne was broken. And, this hotel is next to an incredibly busy and noisy arterial. (Fortunately, the room fan could be turned up high to mask some of the noise.) Choice Hotels should be embarrassed to have this property under their label. Avoid this place!

Full of ***** the maintenance manager Joseph or joe is a ****** and does ***** with people staying there then talks to the cops and tells on the people in there so he don’t get in trouble would be scared to know he has access to everyone’s room there DO NOT STAY HERE the hotel staff here is all sketchy! Rooms are not cleaned well at all!

Horrible customer service. I booked a room for my parents. When they went to check in the rude front desk person demanded they call me to authorize it. I book rooms across the country for family and coworkers and have never had this happen before. Unprofessional. I asked for a refund then if they wouldn’t let them check in and was told that she wasn’t allowed to authorize it. Highly don’t recommend.
