There deposit $100 and the damn place smelled like pledge. Couldn't check in because I didn't have $100 deposit. The front desk girl was not helpful at all. The place was gross.

There is broken trim on both door and cupboards in bathroom, water damage or mold growing under paint above shower, broken linoleum in kitchen, one of the burners was not put in the stove top, the burner plates looked like they should have been replaced 2 years ago, never got one of the pillows we were missing that we alerted the front desk to, beds ultra firm, pillow case not on pillows, after being woken every 20 minutes from 11pm to 4:50 am due to field workers filling their buckets and garbage bags with ice inconsiderate awaking us, management agreed to put a sign on Ice machine but never did, saw a cockroach or beetle of some kind crawling alongside one of the mattresses, room did not smell good. Do not stay here...

STAY AWAY!!!
If you are just getting out of prison from the last 20 years, this would be the place for you. If you are a single mom and your baby daddy is in prison, this is the place for you. If you are homeless, looking for a roof over your head, this is the place for you. If you want a place to get high, this is the place for you.
If you are there for any other reason, stay FAR AWAY!! I'm honestly shocked that they are still allowed to operate. First, all the smoke alarms and fire alarms were removed. If there was a fire in the building, you would never know. In my room was carpet. It was damp and sticky. The sheets on my bed were ripped. The head board had a hole that was knocked into it. There was no toilet paper dispenser. There was no room service nor anyone who cleaned my room. They refused to give us a paper cup so we could drink water. The door to our room was difficult to open. There was garbage stacked at the landing. The best part of this stay is when we finally left.

Unexpectedly Disappointed
My husband & I didn’t expect a whole lot from this hotel since it was just a stopover en route to our main destination & was very affordable. That said, the pictures are definitely misleading so we were a bit caught off guard. Clearly some rooms have been renovated & some have not. We had the latter room. No biggie, EXCEPT that it also was not cleaned appropriately. Hair and crumbs (yes, crumbs. I’m 45 yrs old & well-traveled, but crumbs on the sheets were a first). Front desk gal was apologetic for “the housekeeping” & was very accommodating. Felt bad that we even complained about the dirty sheets but also it’s unacceptable. Mattresses were soft & uncomfortable. As an aside, we booked one king bed but got a room w/ 2 queens. No biggie. Best thing about this run down place & our run down room was the front desk gal. She was super sweet & I imagine she deals w/ a lot of bs working nights.

Not one quiet night everyone in this place up all night and we stayed a week all sorts of homeless and ***** around no bugs tho def not for kids
