The hotel is a really cool place to stay in Kennett Square and easy to get to all of the things to do in the Brandywine Valley. The rooms are super clear and new with everything in perfect working order. The bed and pillows are among the most comfortable we've had at a hotel all year - great memory foam mattress topper and pillows. The bathroom is spacious with good pressure and head. The Malin & Goetz products are wonderful and we always love having a Nespresso in the room. Room comes with creamer in the fridge and all you need to use the machines. The team is super communicative and even when the whole region was without power was quick to keep us up to date and make ammends. Would recommend this hotel if in the area.

Fun, arty rehab of an old roadside motel. It’s ok. If you’ve seen Schitt’s Creek, this is like that. An old, rundown roadside motel that has been refreshed with new paint and nice amenities, but no changes to the original room size or orientation. It was on the bad edge of downtown - easily walkable to shops and restaurants, but don’t go the wrong direction. It’s a nice enough place, but no front desk (they assign you a lock code for your room, so there is no “check in” process). Their gimmick is that each room has art on the walls. It’s fun and funky, but I’ll probably look elsewhere at the price point.
