I was very surprised with how big and open the common area was. There was a pool table and games for people while the bar was still open. As I arrived (on a Monday night) it was loud from people using those areas. It looked like it would be a good place to stay with a group. I was solo, so I just went straight up to my room. The room was clean, and bed was very comfortable. There were plenty of charging stations but absolutely no storage. A couple of quarks that I didn’t care for were the ice buckets and coffee station were all down stairs. Staying on the fourth floor made that a bit inconvenient, but some positives were the snack area they had in the lobby for purchase was nice, and the breakfast had a very nice spread. I would stay here again.

Nice modern hotel with large social areas and Lavazza coffee on tap 24 hours. Functional rooms with some quirky features like hooks instead of wardrobe and under bed storage. Lots of usb sockets and sockets for all appliances as well as lights. Breakfast is better than most chain hotels unfortunately the pancake machine was not working.some road noise but a good nights sleep.

Huge shout out to TAVARES TAYLOR… my husband and son stayed at the hotel and my son forgot his AirPods in the room. I called the hotel to see if they were found. At that point they were not, but Tavares took my number in case they were found. A few hours later he called me to say he thought they were found. Then he called again to confirm it. He told me what I needed to do to have them shipped back. He made it so easy and was so helpful. The next day I called and Xianna answered and confirmed that the package was there and ready to be picked up. This right here shows the type of people that the hotel employees. Good and honest people. The hotel also was clean and my family enjoyed their stay there. Thank you so much Tavares for finding them and calling . Much much appreciated !!

DO NOT STAY HERE. I have no problems with the room or the facility itself - it was nice and well kept. That's the only positive I have. We stayed here 8/9-8/10. There were 8 vehicles broken into on Friday night in the parking lot. I was told the same thing happened the weekend before and is a regular occurrence at this location. The staff were apologetic but it seems like they're used to it. There are no security cameras in the parking lot and Hilton has done nothing to make it safer for their guests. They have a sign saying that you're responsible for your vehicle and not to leave anything in it and that's all they're willing to do. I was told that a general manager would be there and contacting me. That didn't happen. Find someplace else to stay

so today June 20 /2024 i was trying to check in because its my me and my wife anniversary and immediately got met with a young dude who was very rude and checking out my wife behind why don't you guys hire someone whos going to take there job seriously without all the damn rudeness and making my wife uncomfortably yall need to screen people and how they commutate to customers before you guys just give anyone the job

Very clean hotel and convenient for our one night stop while heading to TN. We arrived about 1115pm and realized it's connected to Home2 Suites which made parking a little challenging. Check in went smoothly and room was spacious....bed slept amazing! We had to get up early the next day and checked out at 730am...breakfast area looked to have the basics but we skipped it this time. Would not have an issue staying here again for future needs.

I checked in very late but the person at the front desk was there waiting on me. He was extremely nice and got me checked in super fast. Got up to the room and was impressed by the nice room and bathroom. The comfort level of the bed was nice not to bad. The breakfast was very nice and coffee is always a great thing! I will be coming back several more times in the next few months and can't wait to stay here.

Our room was very roomy, and we liked the new layout of it. The breakfast service was awesome… many choices. Employees were very friendly and helpful. we spilled something on the table and on the floor and the lady cleaning it up, was very friendly and thanked us for letting her know… was very helpful,.

Hotel won’t allow the tv input to be changed. This is by design and differs from the 5 other Hilton properties we stayed at this summer. This means your kid can’t play PlayStation or XBox while stuck in a hotel room for 7 nights, which really sucks. If the entire Atlanta metroplex hadn’t been booked up because of the 418 baseball teams in town, we would’ve gone elsewhere. Unnecessary.
