Roach motel! I would NOT recommend this hotel. My room had roaches. Additionally, my co-worker had roaches in her room. She ended up staying with family members. Both the 2nd and 3rd floor are affected. Seriously, what makes this even worse is management acted like this was not possible and as if they had never had this issue. Lastly, the floors are disgusting. The rugs appear as if they haven't been vacuumed in days and the laminate floor in the rooms I was in had not been mopped. There was dirt and build "scum" build up. A simple mop would be helpful! YUCK!

First time guest here. Interesting that they call it Hospitality. Unfortunately, what I received was hostility. In addition, to poor service. The rooms aren't thoroughly prepared and cleaned for guests. When I entered the building, the lobby was empty. When someone finally appeared. My presence was ignored. I assumed that the person didn't work at the front desk because of their uniform, jeans and a t-shirt. Realizing that I wasn't going to be greeted or acknowledged, I had to ask to be checked in. Each time I came to the front desk for assistance, the staff would be seeming to hide out in the back office. The staff behaved like it was misery to assist. Never smiled, wasn't engaging, and low on energy. I am giving my hard earned money to receive a service that you are failing to do. Yes I will always speak up. So since they love to say to guests, "you don't like it here leave". One should take their own advice. When you're that miserable at a job. That you're mistreating patrons. Let it go and give it to someone who would be happy to do what you're complaining to do. Thank you.

Fantastic hotel at any price! And the price was fantastic as well! Extremely comfortable rooms and beds with all the amenities! Breakfast was early and abundant and the wifi was fast. I knew that these were good hotels, but this one is the best that I have ever stayed at! It has a gym that rivals gym-gyms! This gym even has two Peloton bikes and free weights...the location is within a 1/2 miles of anything you'd need - restaurants, Target, gas stations, and the mall is within walking distance. I liked it so much that I even extended my stay one day. The staff is very very efficient (thank you and shout it to Nestor who helped with a few things I needed) and helpful and they let me enjoy my stay in peace without unnecessary interruptions. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay again whenever I am in the area.

Excellent stay! Best breakfast of all of the stays on our trip. Clean and comfortable beds, I loved the larger shampoo/conditioner and body wash bottles. It makes so much sense! Nice fridge and kitchen area, I would highly recommend this place!!! Will definitely return!

Decent hotel for a quick one night stay. I live in town and needed a hotel for one night due to some work being done on my house. I stopped in to stay on the Tru by Hilton side of the hotel but they didn’t have any king rooms available so I ended up staying on the Home2 Suites side of the hotel. The rooms are large and spacious. The bed was comfortable and the living room area was nice to have. I don’t have any complaints from my visit. The hotel is within walking distance to Town Center Mall and several dining options. I would stay here again if needed.

We made a reservation several weeks in advance of our one night stay. The day before our reservation we confirmed with a phone call to the front desk because we had problems signing into Hilton Honors app. We had reserved a Home2Suites king room because we wanted the kitchenette with refrigerator/freezer. Upon arrival about 4pm we were told there were no rooms available. The front desk wanted to place us in the Tru section of the hotel that only has the small refrigerators. After questioning how there could be no available room with a prior reservation and confirmation we were told to wait a bit and they would see what they could do. We were given key to room #150. It was a large handicap room but obviously was being refurbished. The electric shades were not working and the blackout shade in bedroom was attached with clips. It was missing furniture. One side of bed had no nightstand or lamp. What was disappointing was our bill, which included an expected $75 pet fee, was over $400. Was this a bait and switch to fill up the Tru side of hotel? We have stayed at many BonVoy Marriott hotels and never had a problem like this.

I stayed here on a road trip to Macon. Although the price for the room was a bit higher than I like to spend, it was worth every penny. The room was one of the rooms for persons with disabilities. It was large, everything worked as it should, and the beds were extremely comfortable and I slept very well. An issue that had occurred (kids jumping up and down and making lots of noise in their room right above me) was taken care of very quickly. Security is paramount here; you have to use a room key to get to the upper floors. I even brought some food back from a local restaurant, ate it in my room, and used the dishwasher in the room to clean the plates and silverware. The employees I interacted with, from check in, to the issue noted above, to check out, were very friendly and took good care of my fiancé and I. Would I stay there again? Absolutely.

Excellent Service. Great Employees. Very clean. Great Stay. It's a newer hotel so the features and amenities are up to date. The gym is well equipped and it has a pool table and full bar. Great place to stay
