First time guest here. Interesting that they call it Hospitality. Unfortunately, what I received was hostility. In addition, to poor service. The rooms aren't thoroughly prepared and cleaned for guests. When I entered the building, the lobby was empty. When someone finally appeared. My presence was ignored. I assumed that the person didn't work at the front desk because of their uniform, jeans and a t-shirt. Realizing that I wasn't going to be greeted or acknowledged, I had to ask to be checked in. Each time I came to the front desk for assistance, the staff would be seeming to hide out in the back office. The staff behaved like it was misery to assist. Never smiled, wasn't engaging, and low on energy. I am giving my hard earned money to receive a service that you are failing to do. Yes I will always speak up. So since they love to say to guests, "you don't like it here leave". One should take their own advice. When you're that miserable at a job. That you're mistreating patrons. Let it go and give it to someone who would be happy to do what you're complaining to do. Thank you.
