Don't stay here bed bugs and really dirty

My first room was not clean but they gave me s different room and it was much better

Nice convenient place at a reasonable price

The good: the location is nice . Easy access to the interstate and other parts of Kennesaw. My room was fairly clean. Ac worked well and it was relatively quiet The not so good: when we arrived we were a bit late so we called the number on the desk. The staff who arrived and took care of us refused to open the partition more than an inch so that was quite odd. Maybe they have had some not great customers? Hallways and elevator had a **** like odor There were cigarette burns on the comforter and yes there were roaches but only a small handful and we dealt with them. My mother stayed in a separate room and she said she didn’t see any. But seeing more than one or two was unnerving however it is summer in Georgia and as the rest of the room was fairly clean it didn’t seem like an infestation. Check out was also strange… again partition all the way down save for an inch I called hello several times but no one came so I just left the keys and hoped for the best. So not the worst hotel I’ve stayed in but not absolutely terrible either. The price is good for the area though!

Take head to the reviews. If it wasn’t because it was an emergency stay, we would have left immediately. The only good thing about this place is the pool. 1st floor is an embarrassment! Ceiling has a trail completely off. Run down. There seems to be an ongoing plumbing issue. Carpeting in the halls are simply disgusting. The hallways stink all day everyday. Housekeeping is a joke. They’re only available once every two weeks and when they come to clean the room, they do the bare minimum. You won’t get tissue restocked until housekeeping comes. Only one drier and one washer working in the laundry room for all floors. Most vending machines are out of stock.. they don’t bother restocking them. Most of the staff is rude. Almost make you feel like they’re doing YOU a favor. ROACHES ROACHES AND MORE ROACHES. For the price they charge, it is not worth it. If you get the weekly rate, then the price is more reasonable yet I still would not recommend a stay. 0/10.

6 days prior to my visit, I reserved & paid in full for a room. After paying, I received an e-mail confirmation of the reservation. At 9am the day of my reservation, I received another e-mail confirmation about my paid reservation & it mentioned the check in process. However, when my child & I arrived at the hotel that evening exhausted and in need of rest, the front desk staff explained the hotel had overbooked so they didn’t have any available rooms at all. The room had been paid in full a week in advance so I fail to understand how my child and I were the ones left without a safe place to stay late at night while traveling out of state. Despite knowing there wasnt a room for me, no attempts were made by management to refund the cost I paid for the room. There is no excuse for selling rooms that have already been reserved and paid in full. The front desk employee said management told her I had been sent a follow up email stating the room had been cancelled but I did not receive any such email. And this does not explain why my prepaid room was given away since I doubt the every room in the hotel for that specific night was overbooked and prepaid a full week in advance and no one noticed until the day of. Meaning my prepaid reserved room was not held until I arrived for check in.

Waited for about twenty minutes for someone to come to front desk. Person arrived at front desk and opened window about 1 inch. I could not see who was speaking to me. Room was very old and run down. Wasn’t very clean . Bed was uncomfortable . I do not mot recommend

Late checkin at 9:50 pm 4/13/23, was told no water of any kind in entire hotel (toilet, sink, shower). Had to checkout early next day. Requested partial refund in writing because of poor service, but no reply from facility or company. Generally, facility is old and worn but seemed clean on previous stay and staff were friendly. Suitable for a single overnight if you're passing through because of convenient location but nothing more than that. I did not see any insects.

Place is horrible when I got there half of the ceiling on the first floor was missing they had a water leak and half of the carpet was missing I got my room there was roaches in the room I stayed there for a month and a half and the ice machine didn't work and they never got it fixed this place needs totally renovating it's a horrible place I would not recommend anybody stay there at any prices cheap but you get what you pay for you're better off to spend a few dollars more and get a better place the heat and air conditioning system didn't work in my room it took them 2 days to fix it then it went out the next day the alarm clock didn't work and they wouldn't give me another one they charge you 50 cents a roll for toilet paper no Hotel chargers for toilet paper but this is not a very nice place I would not
