It was a wonderful stay the workers are nice and sweet. They always help me with anything that I need. They are always there when you need them. The rooms are always clean by wonder housekeepers. And the front desk workers are always there to help you and answer any questions that you have.

Genuinely loved the staff here. Property is subpar but clean. Definitely budget friendly . They allow pets which was not my favorite but everything went ok. The pool is closed and an eye sore. Breakfast is just muffins tea and coffee and granola bars

I was greeted by Ellis, Kamilah and the housekeepers were beyond great to me. They checked on me throughout my stay. They don’t do daily housekeeping like a hotel instead they do it every other week. When I asked the manager James he was able to help us get weekly housekeeping. This place is older but clean and well maintained. Really bummed the pool is not open and nobody knows if it will be

Its very clean here. Everytime I see a room checked out, they spend ALL day cleaning top to bottom to ensure it's in peak shape. I also love how friendly the staff are. Kay especially as been very helpful in my stay, and they friendly faces are always looked forward to after a hard day!

These people were truly great to me and my kids. They called me as soon as i checked in to make sure everything was great. When I complained about not having dishes Ellis brought me dishes, pots a coffee maker everything.. thank you extended stay America

Had a reservation for a month - arrived at the hotel - no rooms available - it was just like the Seinfeld Episode of renting a car -- they sent us to another hotel - we needed 3 beds -- they had two at a hire prices - ended up at Spring Hill Suites at a much hire price. The hotel did not honor the reservation (which was paid in advance) nor a solution to fix the problem. I had to do the leg work to get a refund. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Overall the staff was good to me during my stay. Angela went above and beyond. She made sure I had clean linens even though the linens were short for the hotel. She had her staff sterilize my room for me coming home from surgery. And it seems like she’s always there. Definitely thankful to her and her staff there.

Clean for the most part. Staff friendly but are quick to tell you about late checkout fees. Place was clean and felt safe. They only clean your room twice a month and charge you if you want every week which sucks but overall stay was not bad at all

Room was clean. Staff very nice and hospitable. My family and I had a very pleasant stay and price was reasonable. Housekeeping kept room clean during our stay. Room had a full kitchen with dishes and dishwasher. Plenty of restaurants and stores close by for anything we needed. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.
