There was a kitchen the staff were amazing and the continental breakfast was immaculate I definitely recommend this hotel if you are looking for a comfortable relaxing stay there’s a basketball court pool and gym.

We were there for a baseball tournament. This place is a dump. Some redeeming items are the basketball court and breakfast BUT the doors are all filthy and sticky, halls smell like smoke/mildew. Our room wasn't clean we even found someone's socks, wrapper under the bed area, a hole and smears on wall. The air doesn't go below 68. Just dirty. And they charge for parking. The pool was cloudy. Just no.

Mixed feelings. Nice variety of breakfast items available and eating area. Rooms a bit dated, but unique to get 2 separate bedroom suites. Beds very comfy. Suites grouped into 4 separate buildings. No ice machines. Woodwork pretty dirty.

Overall a comfortable stay. Management is great. I had a couple things that were inconvenient as a business traveler and the GM, Ms. Trujillo was just fantastic and responsive. Usually if I bring something up, I get a generic email, and a promise to do better. This is the first time I’ve experienced the “do better.” As a business traveler, Sonesta as a company needs to work on their app to allow the ability to see reservations, check-in/out options, etc. As a property, however, I appreciate how friendly everyone was. Thank you so much for the small gestures which to me, are huge as a frequent traveler to make me feel at home.

I stayed at this hotel twice within 2 weeks. First time was great, room was wonderful and very clean. August 5th. Second time, August 16th not so much. I stayed in same building both times. As soon as I walked in entrance it had a very bad smell. I was put in a Handicap room second time. Smaller, very tight quarters. Not sure how someone in a wheelchair could handle the bathroom. Had a bathtub, should have been a shower. Had to call for a hair dryer, took 40 minutes and a second phone call to receive. I will stay again, but I will be specific what kind of room I want.

I had a great stay at Sonesta es Suites in Kennasaw. The staff was fantastic, especially helpful was Jamandi Jolomi, from start of our stay until the end. She definitely deserves a raise. I highly recommend this hotel

Wir waren sehr enttäuscht. Das Zimmer bzw. Apartment war zwar ganz ok, aber der Rest war das Geld nicht wert. Die Gänge sind muffig. Überall alter Teppichboden, der seltsam riecht. Zimmerservice nur 3x die Woche. Das Frühstück war extrem lieblos. An einem Tag gab es nicht einmal Frühstück, nur schwarzen Kaffee. Wir haben dafür aber keine Entschädigung oder Entschuldigung erhalten. Frühstück ansonsten wie meistens in den USA mit Plastikbesteck und Papptellern. Das Personal wirkte wenig motiviert. Ich würde auf keinen Fall noch einmal hier übernachten.

Due to a house fire we had to stay elsewhere until long term accommodation until our house was repaired. The staff here were so nice, and Maintenance guy, Ray, was so helpful with a problem we encountered.

I made a reservation and was quoted a pet fee that was apparently not the normal, cheaper of course! Instead of $25 as I was quoted, they charged $75, and after a 10 hour exhausting drive was told take it or leave it. I felt there wasn’t much choice but to take it. Upon calling customer service they pulled up the recording of my reservation and acknowledged my claim was correct but…..too bad, no refund! We weren’t even there 12 hours! That will be my last stay at a Sonesta and I recommend everyone else steer clear of such a company!
