Clean rooms, quiet, friendly and welcoming front desk, and a tasty, very clean and tidy, excellent breakfast buffet. As Lifetime Platinum members we have seen a lot of Marriotts! See the photo of a complimentary message I wrote -I really wanted her bosses to know!

We are traveling home from a work trip and stopped at 1:30 in the morning to get some rest. Ross at the front desk was polite, friendly, alert and welcoming. While the rooms are a little tired, it was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent! A great selection of fresh food. The location is great for easy on and off the highway. Very friendly staff!

I’m giving this hotel a very good, based on the ease of check in and the wonderful room we had. But they do not get a very good for breakfast. It was very much lacking compared to other hotels we have stayed in. They did have a waffle maker but the hot choices left a lot to be desired (potatoes specifically). I’d stay here again if I needed to but don’t expect much for breakfast. I literally had a slightly warm croissant sandwich & orange juice. For the price we paid, breakfast should have been a wow not a yawn.

In town for business all week, stayed here to be close to meeting site. Very quiet, the front desk staff are so nice. Very attentive and always a greeting as we left or came back to hotel. Great recommendations for dining. Breakfast area well stocked and clean every day. Lots of parking. Short uber rides to some great restaurants. Grounds were well taken care of.

Let me start by saying that i have been staying at Marriotts for years. We booked a 6 night stay here during Christmas, 2023. Unfortunately, we had to move rooms twice in 3 nights due to issues with each room. In all three rooms, the beds were awful. They were worn out, and you sink & slope to the middle of each bed. The first room was the tiniest room I had ever been in. We didn't even have a place to stack our luggage once we unpacked. The desk clerk was nice and moved us to a bigger suite. But there were issues with that room as well, the biggest being on Xmas Eve. At 11 PM, THE TOILET OVERFLOWED and flooded the bathroom and the carpeted hallway. The best the clerks could do was move us again! The new room was next door but it was very worn out as well. The curtains were hanging off the clamps, the hook on the bathroom door was broken, and there was a crack right down the shower wall. And believe me when I say, THE TOILET STARTED BACKING UP ON US in this room on Christmas morning. We caught it this time, but when we called the front desk, we were told there was no one to take a look at it. We were offered a plunger, but no assistance to unplug it by the employee. When we got downstairs, we asked to speak with the manager. Turns out the employee was the manager, his name is Kyan. I expressed our disappointment with the multiple moves, the worn-out beds, and the toilet issues, and fully expected at least an apology and perhaps a discount or compensation for our troubles. BUT NO! His solution (or, as he said, he wanted to offer us an option) was to suggest we check out early and go elsewhere! He offered no other solution, and unfortunately, during the holiday, there aren't a lot of options to move to. When we suggested we couldn't be the first to point out problems, he said he NEVER had complaints and we were in an executive suite. (I know he is lying because i have since read many reviews about the worn-out rooms and beds, and of people saying their toilet flooded. We are going to try and stick it out. We pray our room doesn't flood again. Once we leave, I fully intend to contact Marriott HQ.

Great value.I had such a great time at this location. Plenty of activity and restaurants surrounding the area. I felt extremely safe. but to top it. All off, the staff was bar none excellent! Would stay again.

Stayed here for several nights for business in the area. As others have said, hotel needs some work and updating. Breakfast was weak at best and selection very limited. The staff was not very helpful, had to wait a while to get checked in. There are other hotels in the area that are much better

Great location and spacious rooms. Clean, large rooms, great staff and breakfast. Staff exceptional and assisted me with getting atlantla airport shuttle along with directions and restaurant options. I really appreciate the staff--thank you Janae, Raz and Tabatha--- fantastic staff with phenomenal attitude

I enjoyed a 2 night stay while visiting family in Canton. The staff were all exceedingly polite and helpful, especially Carrington, who always called me by name. The breakfast bar was kept clean, containers filled, and the hostess was so friendly. Thus was a delightful trip, and I lookl forward to my returns.
