I stayed for three nights.
The location was great—close to restaurants—and the facilities were very good.
Breakfast was also enjoyable, especially the omelet.

This is our “go to” for so many things. We have a family member. In a nursing home who calls this the “Christmas Hotel” because this is where we bring him for a few days in December to celebrate his birthday and Christmas. Last year one of us celebrated her 50Th birthday. The location of this gem was perfect for family coming south from Tennessee and north from Florida. The breakfast area was a perfect spot for an afternoon celebration. Everyone loved the indoor heated pool. For we who live in the area, when inclement weather is predicted-this is where you’ll find us. Recently there was an issue with a stay. Management went above and beyond any hope and/or expectation to mitigate the issue. The include breakfast is comprehensive-something for everyone. The complementary manager’s reception each evening is not to be missed. Room service from and/or dining in Ruth’s Chris is a treat. And now, having written this-I am missing it. I see a stay in my future just because.

My sister and I were in the area for a concert at Truist Park and we got the BEST check-in ever from Nanzeen! Give her a raise!! She gave us tips for the area, let us check in early on a sold out night, and made sure we both felt welcome. We opted for an accessible room since it was ready when we arrived early, and it did not disrupt our stay at all. The room itself was very clean, and the lobby was inviting. Overall a great stay, and I would definitely recommend to others. Thank you ES and Nanzeen!

We have made many fond memories at this hotel. Its location just off the interstate is perfect for extended family to gather (some from TN, some from FL) for a few days. Because severe weather was predicted for the night of March 15, 2025, and early morning March 16, 2025, I decided to spend the night here. I had been in my room one & one-half hours when the door was unlocked and opened. The woman at the door and I were equally startled. She said she had just been assigned that room. I said I had been assigned that room. She left. A few minutes later the phone rang. Someone from the front desk kind of grilled me, asking how long I had been in the room, what cc had I used, and so on. She said she would call again. She did not. After much back and forth communication in person and via X, the next morning I was told , “It was an error.” The manager on duty said she would comp my room. Note: no concern for my compromised safety and peace of mind was ever expressed. Within a week the charge for the room appeared and then was credited. That reflected my being comped for the room. But to this day-one full month later there is a $62 charge on my credit card to this hotel. At 1st they said it was for incidentals and would be removed. That has not happened. Now they say they cannot see the $62 charge on their end. But there it is-on my cc card. This whole experience has left me bewildered and concerned.

Immaculate lobby, the Steakhouse on site is very high quality. Free breakfast in morning and free drinks at the bar and snacks at night make for a luxury feeling experience.

Major Parking Problem Bad Business practice
Overall this is a good hotel but the parking situation is the most ridiculous rip off and so out of line for customer service and hospitality that it overshadows the whole experience. I saw it noted on other reviews and thought it couldn't be that bad. It was.
They use an outside company and use that as an excuse for not making it right. At check-in was told I had to pay with the QR code - that is every where - before 8 pm to make sure I didn't have an issue. 1-Ruth Chris patrons don't have to pay. 2 - Neither do people attending events at the hotel. Both take up all the parking. The hotel had events my entire stay. Got back at 11 pm and no parking. And I paid as instructed ahead of 8pm every night.
So exhausted, circling a lot with 8 other cars, and had to go in where several others were having same complaints and issue. All of us were told we could go park at another lot not near the hotel in an over flow lot that did not seem secure and wasn't mentioned at check in, OR as paid patrons for the hotel, we could "wait" for the event people to leave by continuing to drive around or "hang out" to wait on an open spot.
Never saw parking security or validation. It isn't gated or secured. There doesn't seem to be a legit reason to charge for parking here other than an extra cash grab, and their other policies for not charging others is unfair. People, as myself, wanted a parking refund since we weren't able to park in the main property where all the parking notices are at

Very clean. Staff was super friendly. Breakfast was hot and delicious. My only complaint was the indoor pool. The ONLY reason I chose this hotel and was very disappointed. It was cold both the ambient temperature and the water. I complained and was told the pool was at 83 and they increased to 86. The water was nice for a day then back to cold again. Even my 4 yo had blue lips.
