We loved it! Cannot wait to get back!

I set out to write this review purely to express how sweet the breakfast attendant was, and it was so telling that a lot of the reviews listed were mentioning her! Martha made our stay something to write home about, her grits were delicious and she really took pride in graciously hosting us at breakfast each morning. She personally greeted each person and kept the area clean and presentable. Otherwise the hotel was average. They sold out of our room type which was inconvenient as we were there for 4 nights on a business trip. But 5 stars to Ms. Martha alone.

Mrs. Martha's grits are the best! I love staying here when I need to get away for a couple of days. Friendly associates, outdoor pool, safe area, and grits are the reason I book at this location. I remember this hotel being here when I graduated from KSU in 2004. I know it's not a new hotel, but it's well kept. The rooms are always clean. I've never had any issues 😀.

3 day stay ( all same room type) // I made 3 separate 1 day reservations. 1 free night with (Marriott Credit Card Benefit), 1 points night (Marriott Rewards), 1 night paying. Following the stay, I noticed on my credit card that the hotel had charged me for one of the free nights also. Prior to stay and at check-in, the hotel was made aware that it was 3 separate reservation and that I didn't want to change rooms. I have made multiple calls trying to get the extra charge removed. No calls or contact with manager after multiple call to hotel.

We only stayed one night at this hotel and I don’t usually write reviews for a one night stay unless there is a reason to do so and I will write just one word: Martha. We checked in late after driving for many, many hours, the majority of it in rain – sometimes so heavy we could not see. We were very tired and the front desk person really did nothing to improve our mood! My husband asked if we should stay at this hotel again, and I did not think so until the next morning. We came down for breakfast, and Martha was manning the breakfast area all by herself. She graciously welcomed us, and said to let her know if we needed anything. She then went about bussing tables, checking what food was available, adding more croissants (I had taken almost the last one), more scrambled eggs, and kindly welcoming incoming guests. I went back and forth from my table, adding goodies (I toasted my croissant, topped it with shredded cheddar cheese, and then added a slice of ham and American cheese – yummy!!!!) and Martha again said to ask her if I needed anything. As my husband and I took our time eating, I watched as Martha by herself kept bussing tables, bringing out more food, refilling the coffee station, and welcoming guests. And as we were leaving, she made it a point to kindly wish us safe travels! Martha’s 100% AAA+++ guest care totally changed my mood about the hotel, leaving me feeling welcomed, pampered, and as if I was with family (in a good way). Thank you so much Martha for making a world of difference to me!! Martha deserves a raise or at the very least a bonus, as because of her guest care, I am writing this review and will share this information with family and friends!!

what made our stay truly special was Ms. Martha at breakfast. She was the kindest, friendliest hostess we’ve ever experienced. She made the place clean and well stocked. But the best was her homemade grits she brings daily. They are the best grits I’ve had anywhere! It’s true comfort in your belly while traveling!

As regulars with Marriott and Titanium Elite members, we've stayed at countless Marriott properties across the globe. However, our stay at SpringHill Suites by Marriott Atlanta Kennesaw is one that we will remember for all the wrong reasons - it stands out as the worst experience we've ever had at any hotel worldwide. We arrived exhausted after a long journey from Asia, hoping for a peaceful night's sleep. Unfortunately, this was not to be. Late at night, we were rudely awakened by loud, explicit music from the room below. Not only was the volume disruptive, but the content was entirely inappropriate, containing explicit lyrics not suitable for any family environment. The hotel's tolerance of such noise raises serious questions about its suitability as a family-friendly or safe place to stay. Adding to this, the room phone was not working, and our message to the front desk via the app went unanswered, leading me to personally visit the front desk. The staff member, while polite, did not handle the situation appropriately, merely asking the disruptive party to turn down their music instead of off, which should have been the appropriate action given the late hour. The following day, the ordeal continued when we were woken up by housekeeping, and later rudely confronted by a front desk staff about our late check-out, a privilege we're entitled to as Titanium Elite members. The disregard for our status and the privileges associated with it was a stark departure from what we've come to expect from Marriott properties. To make matters worse, I received an unjustified email from the hotel manager accusing me of yelling at their staff - an accusation that is utterly false. While I did assert our rights as elite members firmly, I did so politely. In summary, our experience at SpringHill Suites by Marriott Atlanta Kennesaw was anything but pleasant. The disturbing noise, the failure to adhere to the privileges associated with our status, and the unfounded accusation from the management left us with a sour taste. We believe that a full refund for this stay is entirely justified and sincerely hope that the management takes immediate corrective measures to prevent such experiences in the future. Given the current situation, we cannot recommend this property as a safe, comfortable, or family-friendly place to stay.

We had a great stay at this Springhill. Check in was smooth. We were greeted by the GM. Our room was large and suited our needs. We had a room that faced the highway but did not hear traffic noise. We didn't hear any noise all night long. The beds are listed as queen but are more like a full. Breakfast was slim pickings. No waffle maker or pancake maker. They had oatmeal, grits, microwaved Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches, eggs, scones and muffins. We made due.

Beds were great, room was large, clean, service was great. Breakfast had a great variety and was good. It was a bit off the road and tricky to get to but we made it. We did not use pool or fitness center, it was just a quick overnight.
