Hampton Inn by Hilton Atlanta Kennesaw

This facility is far from the normal Hampton quality. Arrival was greeted with “name”. “I need ID “. Provided times of breakfast. That was the total interaction with registration. We were the only guests checking in. Room was clean and well equipped. TV did not work. Contacted desk. TV was checked and were told it was not a tv problem. Some time later we were told they didn’t know what to do and would call the general manager and to keep checking the TV periodically to see if it worked ?? We couldn’t even get local channels and were told the hotel TVs don’t get local channels ????? Okay. What do they get? Actually nothing. Have been a looong time Hampton customer but that ended tonight in Kennesaw GA. No resolution offered or provided

Hampton Inn Kennesaw was a great hotel that I was booked into for business. Several nice restaurants in the area, facility was very clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend this hotel for anyone headed to the Kennesaw GA area for business or pleasure.

Love this Hampton Inn! Our recent stay was for 5 nights this month. The location is right off the interstate, and very close to the Kennesaw campus – our reason for being there. The room and bathroom were nice and clean. Breakfast in the morning was plentiful and filling. The staff – EXCELLENT! We have stayed at this location 9 times since June of 2023. Every visit has been met with the most helpful, kind, and welcoming staff members. A few even recognize us and always welcome us back! The cleanliness and the wonderful staff are what keep us coming back to this location. I will say, there are no microwaves in the rooms, which I know people are accustomed to having; however, there is one downstairs next to the check in desk that is available for guest use. Thank you, Hampton Inn, for another great visit. We will see you again next month!

Enjoyed our stay at the Hampton in Kennesaw while driving south. Hotel is easy to find and is well-located near Kennesaw State's campus and isn't too far from the interstate as well as many restaurants and gas stations. Parking is plentiful and well-lit. Front desk service was fine. Rooms are clean and comfortable, maybe starting to show their age but no major complaints. Plenty of outlets. No strange odors or stains in the room. Beds were comfortable and had clean linens. No issues with the bathroom. Breakfast was exactly what you would expect from a Hilton/Hampton line. Nothing special but definitely sufficient. Our only complaint is that the elevators (particularly the elevator rugs) need to be deep cleaned. They SMELL HORRIFICALLY OF PET URINE/WET DOG. One of the elevators was flat out disgusting. All in all, great hotel with no major issues. Clean the elevators and you'll have a 5/5.

An excellent stay. Room was spotless and well maintained (water pressure a bit low), good internet. Staff were excellent - especially the ladies at breakfast service who actively engaged with guests - you could tell that they genuinely cared. Excellent location with many restaurants within walking distance.

You handled my upset and frustration really well, although I am really sorry for acting like that we know it wasnt your fault. Thank you for your help and your professionalism really is deserving to be part of this hotel. Sabrina was really helpful and she will definitely give you a very safe, nice and quiet stay while staying at this hotel. Breakfast was really good, the place is very neat and clean. Being a gold member really feels like a diamond member lol. Thank you for such welcoming staff and clean and quiet environment. We really ENJOY OUR STAY! Again, thank you SABRINA!❤️❤️❤️❤️

We arrived late with a trailer and were greeted by the amazing and friendly Marisa! She helped us find a parking spot and we received the last room! We had been traveling all day and she really made our check in pleasant. She was super sweet to every customer and the Hampton Inn is lucky to have her. The room was great! Super clean! The sheets were crisp and the bed was very comfortable! Loved the soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion dispensers! So much waste with those little bottles most hotels have. The room does not have a microwave or freezer. Breakfast was average at best. Scrambled eggs were watery and there isn’t an alternative for people with allergies to dairy. Coffee was not very good. We don’t stay at hotels for the breakfast, however, so it wasn’t really a big deal. Definitely recommend this hotel!

Pros: Check in was easy. Marries a was great to work with. Room is clean. Bathroom is clean and lacked liquid soap container in bath shower. And by the sink area Cons: As others have said, the pool is closed until end of January. We got room. 405. Technically, this wasn’t facing the highway, so there shouldn’t have been much noise. However, last night maybe because it was a Saturday night there was a lot of noise. However, I got a good nights sleep once I fell asleep. There is no microwave in the room. There is no freezer, Just small refrigerator. Other breakfast bits. There was no oatmeal today. They were grits, which were made from ready-made quaker grits and runny. They were oranges a plenty and one or two bananas. They had good selection of breads and bagels and some muffins. There was some probiotic yogurt varieties, which was also good. I found kids making waffles and there was Brooke sausage, potatoes and eggs Also there were boiled eggs which were going fast. Decent breakfast selection and was overall adequate. For tea selection they had generic and no brand-name like Bigelow. Overall, this is an expensive property and lacks details. I would possibly explore this hotel after February when pool facilities have been restored.

Wonderful experience! Arrived late and front desk clerk was very kind. We went up to our room got ready for bed, but the drapes would not close. We told her and she immediately gave us another room which was extremely comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.
