I was a bit nervous about staying in a motel but when we saw how top notch Kennebunkport is, I thought there would only be good motels! It’s a smart place. Heard a little bit of noise from upstairs at bedtime but it was brief. Friendly reception, nice swimming pool, decent rooms and a nice breakfast thrown in. Help yourself to coffee and tea whenever too. Too far to walk into Kennebunkport and parking isn’t easy in town but there’s a lovely beach a few minutes drive away and some incredible houses to gaze at.

Perfect place that was clean and updated. Great location close to town and about 1 mile from George W house. Front desk gentleman gave us some great restaurant selections. We would stay here again. The breakfast and pool were very simple and basic but overall we enjoyed our stay.

What I didn’t like was the strong air freshener smell - gives me a headache. I aired the place out as best as I could, but it was still bad. I won’t go back.

Staff was friendly! Didnt like climbing stairs with suitcases.
Overall, nice location, about 5 minute drive to downtown Kennebunkport.

The lady at the desk told us this property is closing after today. It’s very out of date, didn’t feel very clean and I get why.
