Huge room. Fabulous service. Very comfortable. The fine restaurant had some absolutely delicious taste tidbits in the amuse-bouche and as part of the plating of dinner. The location is extremely beautiful. And ver restful. We hope to come back. It was a delicious respite.

Wonderful staff. Fantastic spacious rooms. Cleanliness is 5*. Beautiful food. A great getaway. Lovely walks around hotel. Great restaurants in Kenmore. Courtesy car into town on request. Great 3 nights for 2 deals spring and autumn deals through the year. Great place to visit if you need a break.

From the minute you pull up to the door and are greeted by the fabulous doorman, you will love Sheen Falls Lodge. It’s a posh, elegant lodge on the banks of a rushing river. The staff are impeccable, the housekeeping lovely, and oh-my-gosh the breakfast! (Actually all the meals are excellent.) Yes, it’s expensive but worth it. Check their website for packages: we got a three-night package in late September that included two dinners and breakfast every day for less than a room alone.

We loved Sheen Falls Lodge. The staff was extremely helpful and always so personable. The rooms were very clean and quiet with plenty of square footage and very cute sitting areas. There were plenty of available outlets. The bathroom was also large and well laid out. The grounds were gorgeous with plenty of trails for walking. There were views of water everywhere! Breakfast was delicious and you could order from the menu or eat from the buffet. Service was excellent! We especially want to give a shout out to Manan, who attended to us on the 3 nights we ate in The Stables Brasserie. She was so sweet, remembered things we had ordered previously and checked on us as needed. She made our evenings so so pleasant. I would highly recommend a stay at Sheen Falls Lodge.

Heerlijk comfortabel, kleinschalig, rustig, luxe. Het personeel is fantastisch, het uitzicht is prachtig. Uitgebreid ontbijt in een mooi restaurant. We hebben er genoten en hadden langer willen blijven, ook al omdat de omgeving zo mooi is. Een aanrader!

The food was fabulous but this hotel needs to update services at these rates. There is a hairdryer provided but absolutely no where to actually use it. There is a TV but no access to anything beyond a dozen or so uk channels. Standards and practices felt old fashioned

Everything about our stay was perfect…. Even the weather. Every staff member went out of their way to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Since it was our wedding anniversary they upgraded our room & we were given an estate room which was spacious & had a small balcony. The reception staff were very helpful in recommending great walks in the area. The breakfasts were delicious as was the dinner we had in the stunning dining room overlooking the falls. Cannot recommend this picturesque Hotel too highly & look forward to returning one day soon!

We have stayed at the Sheen Falls Hotel on a number of occasions but we were recently disappointed to encounter poor customer service. On a three night stay, we were allocated to a room we should never have been given. The relocation process was very poor on this occasion from the front desk. Mistakes are made but it is how they are dealt with that shows the quality of service which wasn’t there for a 5 star hotel. On a positive note, the food experience in the Falls restaurant was excellent but in our opinion, the leisure complex is in need of renovation.

This was our first visit to Sheen Falls.We couldn’t fault anything! After a long drive we received a lovely greeting and welcome at check in. We were shown to our room and informed we had been upgraded to a suite.Such a lovely surprise. It was really lovely with everything we could need,fridge stocked with apple juice milk water.Tea and coffee making facilities The bed and pillows so comfortable and fluffy towels in the bathroom which also had Elemis toiletries. Relaxing bar,library.quiet sitting room …..we used them all. There is a nice patio overlooking the falls and well tended grounds for a stroll. Breakfast was good with hot and cold choices .We ate in the brasserie which had a small menu but was good. The staff throughout the hotel are friendly fun and efficient. There is a golf course about 20 minutes away where we had lunch …..the views are amazing…and friendly staff here too. We highly recommend Sheen Falls and hope to return
