All of them are very friendly and they are always free to give the best support to the costumers. I'm very thankful to everybody that works on this hotel to improve the satisfaction of all customers. The restaurant of the hotel Le Piano is excellent too. The manager, the server and the server very welcome, laughing. The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable.

The hotel is very popular as a whole. As soon as I arrived, the check-in was very fast and I was really well received by the reservation manager RABIAA who was up to it, as well as the other staff who provided impeccable service. Came to this hotel to see dettsec. Probably one of the best parties I have visit. Bought tickets ahead of time which I highly recommend. Place was overcrowd, I dont know if its always likw that or it was directly related to the DJ. Drinks are expensive as any other hotel in Kenitra. The lights and sounds are amazing. Place was clean and security were not rude. I would go back anytime!

I stayed at the City Hotel by Waves just for one night as a stopover. The clean room, high-quality bed, heating during my January stay, and the very kind staff made it a perfect experience. Breakfast was good! I also appreciated the complimentary snacks, fruits, and water in the room, as well as the convenient parking opportunity in front of the hotel. Thank you!
