the manager of this business is very awesome. I returned back after being in west Texas she left a welcome back note what made it special was it was handwritten Amanda goes out of her way to accommodate me and my crew. The employees are very helpful and friendly. She is running a great establishment. Great job Candlewood

First room they sent me to was dirty and I think people were still using it. Front desk clerk was put out when I asked for another room. Next room’s TV was not working. Front desk line was busy all evening, so did without a TV. Window AC unit was leaking water, carpet was wet out in front of it. This hotel has not put any money back into itself. Overall very dingy.

Due to the poor customer service and speciffically the terrible manager of this candlewood suites I will not stay in another. Had been at hotel for long stay (over one month) I checked out because of a verbal argument with manager of botle shampoo. Hope you realize not only took my business to another hotel, I removed my patronage from Kenedy, TX and county. As a business traveler 200+ nights annually I not only report this hotel management to public, but ihg will lose my business.

general manager husband stays in a room very loud and always cursing is a drunk she is never at work during week days she either doesn’t show up or leaving early front desk employees always in the back on their phones needs to that’s why they never hear the phone ring is hiring people back there who has worked at this location multiple times before and kept quitting you tell them about your problem and they say they will fix it and never gets fixed had a hair on my bed and a terrible paint job in my room walls mirror was cracked and toilet had feces on it won’t come back

Great location! The front desk staff went above and beyond. Fast check in. Friendly. Also when I left I forgot something in my room and they called me within 5 mins of me checking out. I really appreciate the front desk clerk caring enough to call me. I will definitely stay here again. Also the room was super clean and had a kitchenette. I was able to go to H-E-B less than five minutes away and get food and snacks and breakfast for my two day stay. This allowed me to save money and not have to eat out. The room was extremely comfortable.

very loud kids always running around banging on things late at night front staff act like they really hate their jobs never at front desk I’ve seen an employee get in their car and leave down the road and then return bacc a while later waited at desk for 30 minutes and called and no one was there to answer the phone or come to the desk won’t be returning
