Do Not Stay! My first night there I found feces in the bottom of my bed between the sheets! The front desk was not helpful, rude and offered no compensation. Not Impressed with the service or how I was treated as if I had caused the problem. I spoke to the manager who said they would resolve it and email me which has never happened. It was disgusting.

Would definitely recommend if you are staying close to the airport. Pleasantly surprised to find this beautiful resort right next to the airport. It really does have all the facilities you could wish for. Loads of restaurants to choose from, little arcade for the kids, cinema, ****** and even a theatre. We really enjoyed our stay although it was only for one night. Staff were really welcoming and accommodating and the cocktails were delicious. Really appreciated the shuttle bus to the airport as well. Would definitely recommend.

Habitación limpísma y muy bien insonorizada; camas cómodas y amenities variadas. Agua de cortesía. Hay un pequeño balcón (solo en 1os1ºs pisos) que no disfrutamos por el frío de la época en que estuvimos. Hotel muy grande que es una miniciudad en si mismo y muy al gusto “inglés”… decoración, tipo de detalles en habitación y tipo de cuarto de baño.. moquetas, lámparas, pasillos y balconadas internas …; incluye teatro, cine, ****** (con decoración de reinterpretación “egipcia”) y calle artificial (con decoración y trampantojos italianos) con zona de tiendas (precio europeo) y restaurantes a precios razonables y personal muy profesional. Apto para personas con movilidad reducida. Personal muy amable, resolutivo y nada invasivo (apenas notas que están). En pagos con tarjeta dejan a tu elección el % de propina que deseas dejar. (prefieren pagos con esa modalidad). Desayuno con servicio de mesa para los platos calientes en un bonito anexo acristalado de la planta baja con vistas al cuidado jardín Destacable: - Buenas cortinas de oscurecimiento, amenities , secador de pelo y agua de cortesía. - Limpieza que llamaba la atención : ropa de cama como recién estrenada…. Incluso las zonas comunes, accesos, etc. - Minibar , A/C – calefacción, caja fuerte, manta extra. - Variedad de tipo de almohada y cojines. - Personal diligente y profesional. Todos hablan inglés.

Questo albergo si trova all’interno di un complesso immenso formato da vari hotel. C’è una navetta che parte ogni 30 min per l’aeroporto ed è molto comoda. Diciamo che è un grande hotel comodo per chi arriva e deve fare scalo o chi deve ripartire. La colazione nella media. Ne ho fatte di migliori in Sudafrica. Il personale è cordiale.

This is a wonderful place to stay for an overnight or extended stay, business or pleasure. Walkable dining and ******. Safe. My only wish would be an update of the fitness facility. Tired equipment and treadmills did not work.

I did booked the President suite and we have been given a standard room when we arrived at 15h30!
It was Orly at 23h45 that we were given the President suite.
Not what you expect and definitely not professional.
