The room is quite nice

Magnificent landscapes, tranquility, silence and friendly staff, even if you have to systematically speak English. Sleigh ride pulled by reindeer, scam only lasts 5 minutes, luckily we can feed them.... and you are about 10 minutes from the farm, about ten reindeer at most to see, tourist trap given the price, shame

We stayed with my mother from December 24 to 28, 2024. What can I say about this hotel, too many negative things and very few positive things Positives: * view of the slopes, * the rooms are rather well decorated * the setting is magical * the snowmobile activity to see the northern lights Negatives: * the swimming pool (advertised at 30 ° but it is only at 15 °) * the food (no variety, no orange juice, no hot chocolate, many dishes served 3 days in a row), we ate almost only potatoes, rice ... and no local food * the staff not really attentive and very complicated to make yourself understood (only English or knowing how to speak Chinese) * if you go to the "spa" there is nothing that is loaned like slippers / flip-flops and a bathrobe * if you are on half-board and you want to eat lunch it is 15 € / person * the hotel is not suitable for children * when we arrived at the hotel we were rushed to eat (we arrived around 9:15 p.m. and it closes at 9:30 p.m.) The activities they offer do not match the description: * the activity with the reindeer, there are 2 proposals: 1 for 1200m and 1 for 300m, in reality it is only 300 m for only 15 min instead of 1 hour * the activity with the huskies, it is only a walk around a lake and we only do laps (either 5 laps or 12 laps) and not a 5km or 10km walk...

Upeat uudet ja siistit tilat. Hiljaista oli, mikä sopi meille loistavasti. Huone siisti. Ainut mikä huoneesta puuttui oli jääkaappi, näin pitkänmatkalaiselle olisi ollut hyvä joku minikaappi. Vedenkeitin huoneesta löytyi vaikka sitä ei tiedoissa erikseen mainittu. Huoneessa oli melko lämmin, takaovea onneksi sai auki jotta sai vähän lämpötilaa laskettua. Henkilökunta erittäin ystävällistä. Muissa arvosteluissa luin että englanniksi joutui asiansa selvittämään henkilökunnan kanssa mutta näin ei meillä ollut, ihan suomeksi kaikki asiat hoidettiin. Sijainniltaan hotelli on loistavassa paikassa jos haluaa retkeillä useammassa kohteessa (esim. luonnonpuistot). Kaikkiin nähtävyyksiin alueella oli kohtalainen matka, jos oma auto on käytössä (about 1h/suunta ajoa). Saunassa ei käyty, se olisi lämmitetty pyynnöstä. Ruoat oli maistuvat, aamupalalla tarjottiin kaikki mitä tarvitsi. Kaikkea sai myös lisää pyytämällä. Listalta ruoat myös maittavat, erityinen suositus suomu burgerille joka oli taivaallisen hyvää, täydellistä 👌 Jos kaipaat rauhallista paikkaa rentoutua ja silti mahdollisuutta lähteä retkeilemään luonnonpuistoihin niin tämä hotelli on täydellinen valinta!

We had a chalet with a fireplace and sauna: awesome! The hotel sends a driver to avoid the 20-minute walk if necessary, at 8am, noon and 6pm. Return is also possible. But if the weather permits, the walk is really nice. The buildings are made with great taste and practicality. At the foot of the slopes of a small ski resort, open entirely on weekends. During the week there are only 4 slopes open, only ski lifts. We didn't come here for that but it has the merit of existing. You can borrow sleds, snowshoes and cross-country skis at will. As well as cold weather clothing. The food there is very good! I was worried given some comments, the buffets are certainly not gargantuan but the food is very good and varied enough to find what you want every evening. I still recommend taking half-board so that you can eat other dishes à la carte at lunchtime for a change. Negative point: No orange juice in the morning… really too bad. Plan ahead if you are addicted like us. The coffee is not undrinkable but there is no real percolator so amateurs will be disappointed. Special mention for the staff: Thanks to Latif, the bartender, who single-handedly contributes to the warm atmosphere thanks to his good humor, his cocktails and his playlists!
