The room is very good, not bad. It is worth recommending. You can see the scenery around Kemerovo. The buffet breakfast is also good. It is worth a stay. I will stay here again next time I go to Kemerovo.

Бывший отель кристалл. Рядом ничего нет))) в холлах стоят кулеры. В номерах есть чайник холодильник мини бар. В +30 без кондиционера было даже вечером оч душно. А с кондиционером оч холодно)))) довольно хороший разнообразный завтрак. Но! Коллеги забежали за 5 минут до выезда и хот ели хотя бы что-то с собой захватить — а им было сказано "с собой нельзя". В целом стратегия понятна но ведь можно сделать исключение иногда. Странный неклиентоориентированный подход (при том что ради нашей группы вроде бы даже открыли ресторан почти на полчаса раньше. Ну так продолжите же идти навстречу! Раз так. В общем, было немного обидно)

The main impression is that I was asked to pay for dry cleaning of the towels, although there was no serious contamination. This is the first time I have encountered this in my, one might say, vast experience of traveling. Provincial service as it is, albeit in an international hotel chain. The advantages are a good breakfast, yamaguchi massage units.

We booked 2 rooms from an organization for a day and 2 days later for another day (we were passing through Kemerovo). On the way there we stayed at a hotel on 26.02, everything was more or less normal. We checked out on 27.02 and literally the next day (28.02) they called from the hotel and said that we needed to make an advance payment for the next stay (booking for 01.03). Without payment they will not check us in. Let me explain the situation again: we booked in advance, they did not ask for payment (we would have easily paid the bill in advance). When we checked out of the hotel on 27.02 they also did not ask for payment (which could also be done on the spot without any difficulties). Probably, they wanted to vacate someone's room or rooms. Since there was a competition in the city, it was not possible to quickly find a hotel, there were no vacancies. We had to give in to them and pay for the rooms in advance. Then it’s also interesting, they were sending out the bill for about 2 hours, since we are a budget organization and it’s impossible to pay through a bank instantly (and that’s exactly what they needed, otherwise they wouldn’t accommodate us the next day), we started trying to pay as an individual through Sberbank online, of course no QR codes (they sent out the bill), payment by details, write down the reservation number and a bunch of other difficulties. Okay. Then it’s more interesting - the commission. I don’t know why. Or a different region or what’s the matter. Somehow we paid, they left our reservation. Upon arrival at the hotel, they accommodated us in a room other than the one we booked (not a studio, but a standard), saying that they have different studios (the first time the studio looked like a studio, by the way). They spent about thirty minutes looking for a second room (I repeat, the reservation was paid!!!). It was impossible to sleep in the hotel, the walls were probably made of cardboard. Of course, the full occupancy rate has an effect here (it's not their fault), but the walls... The only plus is the early breakfast and good food. We put the hotel on the "black list", it was the first time we encountered such an attitude and such an organization of the accommodation process.

Not a hotel, but a ******* - things are dried in the corridor, *********** are taken to the rooms and then shouted down the corridor to get out, because the time is up! The gluttons do not react, it was not possible to sleep at all at night. Disgraceful. Do not buy into the brand of a system hotel
