Последний раз был в отеле 4 года назад, скажу точно он за эти годы точно не стал хуже. Хороший номер, вся пеномойка была, халат, тапочки, чайный столик и чай с сахаром. Завтрак не брал, по Москве не могу так рано завтракать). Отель рекомендую, ресепшен работает а не спит, машинки для чистки обуви и на этаже и в холле, душ в пол, что удобно. Приятные мелочи- необычная открытка с обратным адресом самого отеля, и визитка кто убрал номер. Так держать!

Останавливались в отеле с семьёй. Вечером сходила на массаж где меня попросили снять с шеи цепочку. Сняла и положила в карман халата принодлежавшему отелю. И к моему большому сожалению забыла цепочку с кулоном в этом халате. Обратившись за помощью к администрации отеля в поиске дорогой цепочки , нам ничем помочь не смогли. Из чего я делаю выводы ,что с данном отеле работает не очень порядочный персонал... Забытые и потерянные вещи не передают и не отдают владельцам. Будьте внимательнее и не снимайте ничего с себя...
