Otel bakımsız, odalar fazlasıyla rutubet kokuyor. Tuvalet çok pis, içinde böcekler vardı. Yatak çarşafları ve koltuklar lekeliydi. Dolaplar ve buzdolabı 1990 dan kalmış gibi, bakımsız ve pis. Personel sorulara eksik cevaplar veriyor, sorun olduğu zaman işin içinden sıyrılmaya çalışıyorlar.

Ein wunderschönes hotel für Familie sehr ruhig sehr zuvorkommend der Herr ferhat von der Rezeption spielt mit den Kindern sehr freundlich braucht man Hilfe kriegt man sie sofort , einen vip Bus Transfer kann man direkt buchen und wird vom Flughafen abgeholt super einfach super empfhelenswert familiäres Unternehmen sehr nett lieb und lachend immer 🌅🏖️🤗

There is nothing in this hotel looks like the pict
There's nothing in the pictures matches with the reality our room was under the hotel any there was many insects in the path to the room and at the door of the room there was the main electric box of the hotel.
The furniture is too bad and need to be change and there's insects also everywhere in the rooms and the wc abort wc they designed it very strange you must make a plan to use it because they make the path seat under the path room sink
The kitchen tools are very bad and not clean they're useless unfortunately

çok bakımsız ve eski camlar çatlak kapıların ahşapları nemden çürümüş duvarlar küflü, biz gittiğimizde banyoda ayak izleri ve önceki misafire ait klozette atıklar vardı durumu otel yetkilisine ilettiğimizde temizlikçi ile birlikte sifonu çekmekten öteye gitmediler, beyaz renkli nevresim takımı köyü sarı renge dönmüştü...bir sitemimde etstura saha görevlilerinin bu oteli yeteri kadar incelediklerini düşünmüyorum buda biz tüketiciyi yanıltıyor...2 gün aldığımız otelde 10 saat kalıp sabah 9 da çıkmak zorunda kaldık

Kızımla birlikte 9 gece konakladık. Kendi evimiz gibi rahat ettik, bütün eşyalar lüks ve kaliteli. İhtiyacımız olan herşey evde mevcuttu. Üç büyük market ( şok migros A101) çok yakın. Herkese tavsiye ederiz. Apart sahibi Mehmet Bey ve Betül Hanım'a ilgi ve alakasından dolayı çok teşekkür ederiz.
