The hotel was very clean, the facilities were nice. All the staff members who served were caring and friendly. It was proper management and proper business. We are satisfied.

The toilets in the bathing areas were very dirty.
There were clearly not enough employees to keep up with the requests, sometimes long waiting times at bars because only one person was working in the bar.
The food tasted good but it was the same every day, no variety, even the places where the food was served didn't change.

First impression was good. Polite welcome..but not to much information given to us about hotel. +Room was spacies and nice. View was okey - when we get to our room, its was not very clean(hairs on the floor) Towels were changed every day, but floor, bathroom was not included to cleaning. Even not after tip :D We were on off-season and for sure I dont recomend it to go off-season. Its nothing to do there with your free time. There are some playing machines(extra pay) The cocktails were awful. Staff is not much interested of you. Water in pool was cold, altough one should be heated. Only one snack bar was working. The most dissapointment was that hotel was so dirty. Resturant was dirty, the floor, maschines.Food was the same every day! Like really there was not much choice. If you went to resturant, you already knew that fish, grilled chicken and fries are waiting. For us, the price and quality was not in balance. Thank god, we changed the hotel and there was also off-season but absolutely nicer experience.

Отдыхаем в этом отеле 2 год подряд, нам нравится очень. Красивая, уютная, небольшая, ухоженная территория. Все рядом -пляж, бар, ресторан. Море прозрачное, пляж чистый. Еда в ресторане очень вкусная, особенное тушенные блюда. Дают и говядину, и рыбу (дорада, сибас), говядину, индейку, баранину. Очень много гарниров (картофель в разных вариантах, булгур, рис, разные макароны, тушенные овощи). Море разных овощей, зелени, заправок для салатов. Давали и красную соленую рыбу несколько раз. Очень много фруктов (сливы, дыни, виноград, гранат, яблоки, груши, апельсины). Что касается алкоголя, здесь тоже все прекрасно -шампанское, бутылочное вино, виски (red label), ром, текила, джин, пиво разливное туборг. И очень вкусные коктейли -мохито и май тай. Еще очень хочется отметить работу менеджеров-все замечания решаются очень быстро. При бронировании просила номера с видом на горы, нам их и дали и заселили сразу по приезду. При выезде на 6 часов бесплатно продлили номер. Однозначно вернусь сюда снова!

Un très bel hôtel, propre avec tout le nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour. Belle plage, 2 piscines.
Toboggan un peu petit pour les pré ado et plus ms il a le mérite d exister.

The room weren't that clean. This is only negative point.
It was a pleased and wonderful journey. The beach, the swimming pool and the food was excellent. The entertainment after the diner in the night was amazing. There was also of fun for the kids

My wife and I recently stayed at this hotel from June 30th to July 3rd, and it was a thoroughly disappointing experience, far below what one would expect from a five-star establishment.
Upon check-in, we were given an extremely cramped room (1402), which was uncomfortable and claustrophobic. When we asked to change rooms, the front desk staff were unhelpful and seemed to struggle with English, simply telling us the hotel was fully booked.
Breakfast was a challenge due to the lack of labels on dishes, crucial for those with food allergies. The staff couldn't provide clear answers about the food's contents.
The beach experience was marred by the difficulty in finding available sun chairs, which were packed tightly together. Noise levels were unbearable with extremely loud speakers in the amphitheater, making it impossible to enjoy the surroundings.
Dinner was another letdown. The plates, glasses, and cutlery smelled musty, and we found hairs in our food. The music in the amphitheater was excessively loud, shaking our room's windows until midnight. Despite complaints, the staff were dismissive.
We were also woken up by a loud recorded trumpet call in the morning. Breakfast was again disappointing with spoiled food.
Overall, our stay was so unpleasant that we decided to leave early and move to another hotel. This place failed to deliver the five-star experience it promises. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting a high standard of service and comfort.
