Mövenpick Resort Antalya Tekirova

In terms of hardware, it feels like the best hotel in the entire Antalya to Fethiye. I didn’t see any Chinese people during my stay. When I made the reservation, the Ctrip score was only 3 or so, which was inconsistent with the actual hotel. But this hotel has a big problem: because some friends from the same industry joined me temporarily, I tried to contact the hotel by email before checking in to upgrade the room, cancel the reservation, or make an additional reservation. The hotel ignored me and didn’t reply to the email. Later, Ctrip helped to contact me, but there was no reply. When I checked in, even though I provided a voucher for the full room fee in advance, I was still charged the full room fee again. I thought it was a deposit as a guarantee that would be returned upon check-out, but when I checked out, they said that the hotel had not received the money paid by Ctrip and asked me to contact Ctrip. After that, I contacted Ctrip. Ctrip had been looking for this hotel for nearly a week, but as expected, they couldn’t get in touch. Ctrip was very helpful and unilaterally refunded my losses.

Otel deneyimim genel olarak cok iyiydi, calisanlar yardimsever ve ortam oldukca sakin. Resepsiyonda biraz bekledik ama sorun olmadi.Misafir ilişkilerinden Rana’ya ilgisi ve guleryuzlu destegi icin ayrica cok tesekkurler.

Сейчас нахожусь в отеле . Приехали с дороги , в номере не было мыла. Допросилась с 3 го раза , с угрозами писать жалобу . Уборки номеров нет. Ну просто забили. Кормят скучно . Сегодня посетила фитнес-зал . Очень маленький с двумя драными ковриками . Ходила ругалась. Гестрелэйшн сказал что очень жаль, но нет возможности передоставить новый коврик . Рецепшен вообще прикинулись шлангом и ответили что спа с залом к ним не относится. 🙃 Видимо спа от какого-то 3х звездочного отеля к ним пристало и позорит тут!))) Хотя дерут 120$ да массаж . Коврики - фотку приложу . Бомжи бы не спали. Из плюсов: красивая территория , уютные,тихие корпуса в глубине комплекса . Укромные бассейны. Номера нормальные , современный дизайн. Роскошное море, бирюзовое и чистое. Но руководство при таких базовых данных, совершенно бездарное.

BOHA шоу на пирсе было просто впечатляющим музыка, свет, постановка на высшем уровне! Атмосфера завораживает, каждый вечер ждёшь нового выступления. Огромное спасибо Нуртану за внимание и помощь в любых вопросах.

Отель супер номера уютные, персонал приветливый, территория красивая. Всё сделано для комфортного отдыха. Хочу поблагодарить Нуртана за помощь и профессионализм.
