The hotel is super. I liked the beach in the rock the most. And Timur the waiter. Just a sweetheart. There are a lot of children in the hotel, but there are zones 16+. Which is just super. The sea is super.

Very good hotel, great environment and food. Hotel staff Bahareh ebrahimzadeh is very welcoming. While I was waiting to check in, he kept providing various snacks and drinks. I will stay here again next time I go to Antalya!

This is our second time at Phaselis and we don't regret coming back for a moment. We were happy to see that everything is almost the same as last year with small exceptions. We were very happy to see Mr Arda Golgedar, the Service Manager, who was a wonderful host to us both the first year and this year. He is the most attentive and involved person, you can feel his absence in the main restaurant, this was the difference from last year when there was dancing around, everything was in order. We were very happy to see him again because he is a wonderful person who knows how to do his job and treats everyone with seriousness and warmth. We would also like to thank Yekta Guclu who, like Mr Arda, is a professional and a man who does his job with love. We also thank Kabeer and his colleague for their promptness when we called them. We felt wonderful and we will definitely come for the 3rd time. The only downside is the evening entertainment, it's a bit weak for such a hotel with such services, if the entertainment was better it would be perfect. We thank everyone from the bottom of our hearts, from the waiters, the chefs to the woman who cleaned our room and the gentleman who cleaned the pool. May God grant us good health and see you again next year. Thank you, it was a wonderful vacation and that's also thanks to your staff. Keep it up. Thank you!!

Hello from "The Holiday is over and you can't whait to come back to NG Phaselis alredy!" My family just came back from this weekend and i can say that our holidays where wonderful. The hotel was perfect. The room number 1305 with a sea view was amaising! The services where par excellence, all the staff without exception. Our Guide Diyara was very disponible and very kind, we had solutions for all our needs! And thank you Kabeer for the bakllava you shared for our friends in my hometown, they enjoyed them. The sea , the pool, the kids zone, the spa zone , the bars and the restaurants , everything was above our expectations. And as cerry in the cake the VIP Zone at the airport! Thank you!

This is our second stay at NG Phaselis Bay this year, and once again, everything was absolutely perfect. The hotel’s design is truly luxurious, and every detail reflects elegance and quality. From the outstanding service to the high-quality products and exceptional food – everything exceeded our expectations. The hygiene standards are impeccable, and the staff are incredibly attentive, always providing service with a genuine smile. Special thanks to Mr. Halil, Mr. Mustafa, and Ms. Mary, Ms Ceren for their warm hospitality. Ms. Hülya deserves special recognition for her amazing gözleme! We are especially grateful to Çağdaş, Samet, and Zeki– your efforts made our vacation unforgettable. The spa area is also exceptional, and the Thai massages are simply fantastic. Dr. Vefa is incredibly caring and professional – a true gem. Having such a high level of service and attention to detail in a hotel is rare. NG Phaselis Bay goes beyond five stars. Everything was wonderful! The service was excellent, and the staff were very polite and attentive. The food was delicious, with plenty of variety to enjoy. Every detail of the hotel was thoughtfully designed, making our stay both comfortable and memorable. From the warm atmosphere to the high-quality service, everything exceeded our expectations. NG Phaselis hotel that offers all the possibilities to have the best vacation with family! The best and most important thing about NG Phaselis is the support and service of the staff who are always ready to help. Kabeer is a wonderful guy and very professional in communicating and resolving customer situations, always available, as well the housekeeping staff, a fantastic team who do their job very well in arranging the rooms, the service in the restaurants was fantastic. This is the second time we have visited in 3 years. What is there to like: Everything is walking distance, no need for buggies or long walks. Hotel itself is modern and you can see why it is 5* from the many resteraunts, eateries through to the friendly service. You are assigned a person and along with the app, which is brilliant, you have everything you need at your fingertips. Food - the main resteraunt has a lot of variety and more than enough changes each day to keep you happy. There are a number of a lacarte resteraunts as well as a burger place and 24/hr resteraunt so food is always available! Very welcome when your plans change and you can't make the main resteraunt. The pool, many beach areas, adults only pool and kids waterpark will keep everyone entertained. The best bit for us is the availability of all the services including sunbeds, tables etc Hotel capacity when we came was hovering between 90-100% yet this resort NEVER feels crowded. With 2 young children, the kids club is always a welcome respite for both parents and children with daily activities. Above all, the cleanliness, attention to detail, stunning setting, amazing staff and the amenities make NG Phaselis a truly fantastic getaway. A particular shout out to all the staff who are attentive, friendly and go above and beyond. Semir who was our assigned guide was always available to attend to our needs and privide help when needed. If you visit, please reciprocate the kindness of the stafff. My two children are overly picky with food but this was not a problem here as the hotel catered to all our needs. Even preparing meals in advance. A great holiday set a beautiful setting with amazing facilities and staff, what more could you ask!
