Hotel, który chce być nazywany pięciogwiazdkowym, a nie wiem czy 3 gwiazdki nie byłyby przesadą. Otrzymanie pokoju, zgodnego z rezerwacją zakrawa na abstrakcję. Najpierw dla 3 osób pokój z dwoma łóżkami, potem zaproponowany pokój w piwnicy (nadmieniam, że dopłacane było za widok na morze). Ostatecznie po kłótni z bezczelnym menadżerem dostałam pokój rodzinny zamiast standardowego, co miało być pójściem mi "na rękę" i chociaż z połowicznym widokiem na morze (bo 1 piętro do drzewa sporo zasłaniały). Usłyszałam, że jeśli nie ten pokój to mam sobie dzwonić do biura podróży niech mi szukają innego hotelu. I tyle plusów odnośnie pokoju. Bo klimatyzacja w pokoju nie działała, przeciekał prysznic i sedes. Umywalka była cała popękana. Do tego w pokoju biegał karaluch (jednego zabiłam, ale mogło być ich więcej). Ponadto pomimo zostawiania bakszyszu dla osoby sprzątającej w pokoju brud (latały koty z kurzu), łazienka pod prysznicem na pewno nie była sprzątana, a o papier toaletowy trzeba się było upominać w recepcji. Jedzenie zjadliwe, ale głównie wieczorem z grilla, śniadania to w sumie pieczywo, ser i ewentualnie pancakesy, na obiady mi się nawet chodzić nie chciało, bo ciągle to samo i jak na duży hotel to bardzo mały wybór. Plusem jest plaża i czyste morze (szukałam bardzo plusów przy wszystkich minusach). Dużo rosjan w hotelu, a obsługa uparcie z Polakami chce mówić po rusku, mało kto zna angielski. Pomimo spędzania dni na leżaku jakoś nie bardzo rzucały się w oczy animacje, które rzekomo miały być. Tylko wieczorem zabawy dla dzieci i 2 razy słyszałam o bingo.
