Если вы надеетесь приехать в номер с кондиционером, забудьте в номерах их нет! Вентиляция общая работает по часам живите в духоте . Еда практически всегда однообразная и испорченная, я подзватила кишечный вирус рвоту, съев макароны с белым соусом, соусу наверное была неделя. Найти свободный столик чтоб поесть тоже нереально. Контингент туриств невоспитанное хамло( но тут вины отпля нет) Из плюсов хороший персонал и ненавязчивые торговцы услугами. Поеду ли я еще раз в этот отель - нет.

Отдыхали семьей с двумя детьми 6 и 11 лет. В отеле были во второй раз, поэтому знали, что отель очень качественный и он это подтвердил. Питание, сервис, анимация - все было на очень высоком уровне. Команда отеля очень старается. Особенно хотел бы отметить Cagri и Muhammed за профессионализм и дружелюбие.

Very friendly stuff, excellent food and drinks. Room and common areas were incredibly tidy. Animation team were great as well. There were a lot of different ways to spend time with family such as slides, various pools, table tennis or ground tennis.

Habituée à séjourner à Antalya (7e visite), j’ai été très déçue par cet établissement, qui ne correspond pas du tout aux standards attendus pour un hôtel de cette catégorie. La chambre était dans un état préoccupant : propreté insuffisante, mobilier très abîmé, et une configuration inadaptée pour quatre personnes (un lit double + un lit simple pour quatre dans un cagibi)Cela a vraiment impacté notre confort. Concernant la formule ultra inclusive, elle est loin d’être à la hauteur : choix limité au buffet, qualité discutable, et plus rien à manger dès 17h, le snack étant fermé. De plus, le wifi fonctionne de manière très aléatoire. Je suis venue avec de grandes attentes, mais malheureusement, l’expérience n’a pas été à la hauteur. J’espère que l’hôtel prendra en compte ces retours pour améliorer ses services à l’avenir.
