Hello! I stayed from November 5 to November 14, 2023. In general, the hotel is not bad, the food is good, (many thanks to the cook) the sea is not far away, the center is nearby, everything is within walking distance. The staff is responsive! The room is good! Of the minuses, the cleaning, both in the room and at the hotel, is poor...the tables are practically not wiped, it’s dirty under the tables! Bartenders, well done guys 👍The music is also excellent for every taste, thanks especially! I enjoyed my vacation, thank you all very much for your hard work!! Были с дочерью 13 лет - продолжительность отдыха - 8 дней. Отель произвел на меня положительное впечатление. Я путешествую с 2006 года как правило 2 раза в год и много где была и в отелях разных по количеству звезд, поэтому вижу ситуацию довольно объективно. Причем оцениваю качество услуг отеля, а именно. Меня порадовало питание - оно было разнообразным и вкусным - как для детей самого маленького ребенка, так и привередливого взрослого. Постоянно были свежие фрукты и овощи, мясо, рыба. Сотрудники отеля постоянно моют, убирают, поддерживают чистоту везде - они трудолюбивы и делают это с любовью, с улыбкой на лице. Очень порадовало, что убирались в номере регулярно. Нам повезло - достался номер 305 с эркером - в номере был дополнительный диван и второе окно с видом на противоположную часть от бассейна, поэтому было в добавок во всему тихо и можно было выспаться днем. У отеля есть свой пляж с бесплатными шезлонгами - на нем также можно попить соки и кофе. Отдельная благодарность персоналу - это приятные доброжелательные люди, которые всегда улыбаются и на позитиве и моментально решают все проблемы. К примеру: мы захлопнули номер в дверь - девушка с ресепшен моментально пришла и открыла дверь с доброжелательной улыбкой. Еще отмечу прекрасное расположение отеля - очень удобное. Из минусов - отбиты осколки на чашках и блюдцах для кофе и чая и нет полотенец для пляжа (мы купили свои). Благодарю отель и персонал за их труд и уважительное отношение к туристам.

В принципе не плохо. Тихий уютный городской отель. При заселении учитывайте, что нужно заплатить за сейф-1дол за день, за вайфай-1 дол за одно устройство за день. Получается 30 баксов за два смартфона и сейф за 10 дней. Столовка нормальная, изысков нет, но голодными не останетесь. Обслуга нормальная, молодые парни спокойные доброжелательные. В баре, который один в районе бассейна, наливают сколько попросишь. Пиво отличное Туборг. Джин нормальный, вискарь отвратительный, остальное не пробовал. Шезлонг на бассике можно найти всегда. Особенно после обеда. До моря минут 5-7. свой пляжик (шезлонги - зонтики - навес - душ). Место можно найти всегда, но лучше пораньше и под зонтиком, так как в 11-12 часов печет даже под навесом. Есть свой барчик, вода, напитки Юпи, чай, кофе. Бесплатно. Один столик на посидеть)) Но можно взять кофейку и приземлиться за столик соседнего Лотуса. Не возбраняется и пройтись по их мостику и окунуться в море. А море всё победило. Это просто песня! Чистая, прозрачная вода! Рекомендую пользоваться коралками, так как галька везде. Расположение отеля просто великолепное. До магазинов и кафешек рядышком. Рядом фруктовый рынок по понедельникам, не далеко рынок вещевой по четвергам. В общем - рекомендуем.

Отдыхали в отеле с 21 по 31 июля 2024 года. На ресепшен встретили русскоговорящие администраторы. Приехали в отель к 11.30, нам предложили оставить вещи и пойти на море. В 12.30 заселили без доплат. Питание. Если кратко, голодным не останешься. Горячее: курица, рыба, что-то типо желудочков. Рис, макароны, овощи разные. Из фруктов яблоки,сливы, арбузы, дыня, персики, апельсины. Вечерами готовят на улице гриль. Номера нормальные, все работало. Горячая вода бала всегда. Вечером музыка играет, но в номере не грохочет. В 23.00 музыка выключается и спишь в тишине. Пляж. Небольшой, есть зонтики и навесы, всегда всем хватало места. Бесплатно напитки. Море шикарное, прозрачная водичка!!! В целом очень душевная атмосфера, отдохнули хорошо. Персонал вежливый, внимательный. Все зависит от настроя. Если искать косяки, то вы их найдете.

15 раз отдыхала в Турции, обычно в отелях 5*, прочитав предыдущий отзыв решила в первый раз написать свой. Такое впечатление, что это разные отели и не понимаю, что могло не понравиться. Ехали в Асторию по горящей путевке на 7 дней за 120 т.р. на двоих и переживали, т.к. отзывы оставляли желать лучшего. Но были приятно удивлены. Отель точно 4*. Питание без изысков, но вкусное, постель чистая, поменяли постель через 3 дня, убирались каждый день, официанты своевременно убирали грязную посуду, пляж и центр Кемера в 5 минутах , персонал вежливый. На пляже только вода, соки, кофе. Может быть хотелось, чтобы на пляже было лучше оборудовано место в тени, т.к. загорать не люблю, лежаков хватало. В описании отеля написано, что вай фай платный (в отеле работает везде, 1 доллар в день за телефон), полотенце на пляж платные (берите свои легкие, т.к. махровые полотенца мокрые весят достаточно много и нести даже 5 минут в жару, то еще удовольствие), анимации нет (музыку включают в обед и вечером). База рядом, каждую пятницу вечером на площади Кемера турецкая ночь, Отдых в этом отеле для пар, кто хочет отдохнуть без шума, суеты. Море ласковое, теплое. Берите с собой хорошее настроение и отдыхайте с позитивом. Оценку ставлю 5 из 5.

Отель не соответствует 4*!!! Нет трансфера до отеля! Нет паркинга! Нет фитнес центра! Питание ужасное, жирное, жареное, нет европейской кухни!Грязь везде: на полу, в номере, в душевой плесень! Грязные подушки, полотенца с дырами. Не первая линия! Обман на обмане! Никому не советую этот отель!!!
