Отель претендует на премиум, но увы!
Единственное, что классно это питание! Там да, на 5 баллов!!! Но все остальное - сервис полное дно:
1) на баре если заказать коктейль вам сделают такую барматуху и только если сказать оригинальный напиток, то сделаю дай бог! Либо откажут...
2) спокойно погулять по территории вы с ребёнком не сможете - по дорожкам гоняют электрокар с персоналом (подвоз белья, вывоз мусора и тд)
3) детский клуб - ох лучше бы его не было! В отеле есть ещё и отель для собак, так вот мне кажется администрация перепутала детей и собак... в детском клубе есть два типа браслетов - красный (ребёнок может быть только внутри помещения, при этом ребёнком никто не занимается (дают лего и мол давай как нибудь сам)) и зелёный браслет, который позволяет ребенку выходить ещё и на площадку клуба НО! НИКТО НА ПЛОЩАДКЕ С РЕБЕНКОМ НЕ БУДЕТ! ЕСЛИ ВДРУГ РЕБЕНОК УПАДЕТ С КАЧЕЛЕЙ, ТО НИКТО ЭТОГО И НЕ ЗАМКТИТ!!!
4) в номере не уходит вода... есть плесень...

Отель оставил очень приятное впечатление. Да, заселение строго после 14:00 - по и при раннем заезде всеми услугами отеля можно пользоваться до получения номера. Мы путешествовали на авто и останавливались всего на одни сутки, что пообщаться с друзьями, которые приехали в Nirvana на 9 дней. Для авто здесь огромная парковка с тентами от солнца, заезд - выезд свободный, без всяких парковочных талонов или карт. Ассистент на ресепшен подключил wi-fi, объяснил что где находится. В Аля карт рестораны мы не ходили, но и в основном ресторане очень достойная кухня, изобилие сыров, рыбы, блюд на гриле, вкусных фруктов и десертов. Дети очень оценили креветки на шпажках и кофейню Старбакс прямо на территории. Для любителей элитного алкоголя тоже есть где разгуляться - большой выбор односолодовых виски, в том числе выдержанных, вкусные коктейли из оригинальных ингредиентов, красивая подача. Отель в момент нашего посещения (26.09.2024) был полностью заполнен, но нигде не было очередей, были свободные лежаки, свободные места в ресторане в любое время. Сама территория не просто ухоженная, а «вылизанная», настолько чисто и красиво, ни одного засохшего цветочка, травинки все одной высоты. Касательно номеров - на сутки мы брали стандарт, но и в нем семье из 4-х человек было комфортно - номер просторный, одна огромная двуспальная кровать, полутораспальная и раскладное кресло для ребенка (теоретически и взрослому по размеру подойдет, но в стандарты 4-з взрослых не селят все равно). Уезжали мы после 19:00 (номер сдали как положено в 12:00), никаких доплат с нас за поздний выезд не взяли. Отдых получился просто роскошный, спасибо команде отеля!

Очень понравилось что много зелени, горы рядом. Домики кедровые прекрасны. Тишина, спокойствие. Хороший заход, потому что подсыпан песок., питание, обслуживание хорошие, отель для спокойного отдыха.

For first time I spent time in this lovely hotel. Hotel is suitable for all categories, specially for family holiday. Your children will be happy here because of many reasons; several aqua parks , good entertainment team and very delicious foods. (And ice cream) There are several a'la carte restaurants. Turkish , Mediterranean, Italian, Asian and steakhouse... In the main restaurant you can find every kind of meals for all people... Foods are really good and delicious. After short period you will feel friendly atmosphere in every corner of the hotel... I wanna say thanks to all people who made our vacation more better :) Specially: Mr. Bahattin , and Mr. Uğur restaurant chef's .. Mr. Ibrahim usta from steakhouse. We’ve stayed at Nirvana Mediterranean Excellence twice, and honestly, we could come back ten more times. Everything is spotless — the hotel is perfectly clean, the staff are always smiling and helpful, and the atmosphere feels like home. We’ve also stayed at the other Nirvana hotels, but this one is truly number one for us, especially as a family. It’s the perfect place for relaxation, comfort, and genuine hospitality.

Very beautiful green territory, delicious food and cool alcohol cocktails. Also want to say about entertainment. Rich program with different activities. Animation, evening shows, sports- perfect. Perfect hotel for families with small kids, they have super kids club. Also want to tell that all staff so kind and professional, but I have my top 3 . Trener Sena is so perfect, so kind, so sunny and lovely. Her energy so stunning ❤️ Also I want to notice that Erdal from entertainmant team very kind, helpful, sunny and friendly!!! Can help you anytime and explain everything.☺️ Also Burak from Sup sport team. So kind, professional and friendly!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ **A Truly Wonderful Stay at Nirvana Mediterranean Excellence** We had a delightful vacation at Nirvana Mediterranean Excellence! The resort’s territory is absolutely stunning — beautifully landscaped gardens, gorgeous views of both the mountains and the sea, and a feeling of space and tranquility everywhere you go. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained. The staff throughout the resort were attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. I especially appreciated the personal assistant service,which made our stay feel extra special. The a la carte restaurants were excellent — great food, beautiful settings, and exceptional service. We also spent a relaxing day at a beach cabana, where the service was outstanding — I highly recommend this experience. I used the ME spa services for a series of deep tissue massages, and my therapist, Yusuf (apologies if I’m spelling the name incorrectly), was truly exceptional — one of the best massages I’ve had. The evening entertainment program was another highlight. The shows were professional and varied, and we thoroughly enjoyed all but one — overall, a fantastic effort by the entertainment team. In short, Nirvana Mediterranean Excellence truly lives up to its name — excellent in every way. We left relaxed, happy, and already dreaming of coming back!
