Nirvana Mediterranean Excellence - Ultra All Inclusive

The hotel claims to be premium, but alas! The only thing that is cool is the food! Yes, it's a 5 star!!! But everything else - the service is complete crap: 1) at the bar, if you order a cocktail, they will make you a barmatukha and only if you say an original drink, then God willing! Or they will refuse... 2) you will not be able to calmly walk around the territory with your child - an electric car with personnel drives along the paths (delivering linen, taking out garbage, etc.) 3) a children's club - oh, it would be better if it didn't exist! The hotel also has a dog hotel, so it seems to me that the administration confused children and dogs... in the children's club there are two types of bracelets - a red one (the child can only be inside the premises, and no one takes care of the child (they give you Lego and say, "Let's do it yourself somehow") and a green bracelet, which allows the child to go out onto the club's playground BUT! NO ONE WILL BE ON THE PLAYGROUND WITH THE CHILD! IF SUDDENLY A CHILD FALLS FROM A SWING, NO ONE WILL COVER IT!!! 4) The water in the room does not drain... there is mold...

The hotel left a very pleasant impression. Yes, check-in is strictly after 14:00 - and with an early check-in, all hotel services can be used before receiving a room. We traveled by car and stayed for only one day to chat with friends who came to Nirvana for 9 days. There is a huge parking lot with awnings from the sun for cars, check-in and check-out is free, without any parking tickets or cards. The reception assistant connected wi-fi, explained where everything is. We did not go to the ala carte restaurants, but the main restaurant also has very decent cuisine, an abundance of cheeses, fish, grilled dishes, delicious fruits and desserts. The children really appreciated the shrimp on skewers and the Starbucks coffee shop right on the premises. For lovers of elite alcohol, there is also where to roam - a large selection of single malt whiskeys, including aged ones, delicious cocktails from original ingredients, beautiful presentation. The hotel was completely full at the time of our visit (09/26/2024), but there were no queues anywhere, there were free sun loungers, free seats in the restaurant at any time. The territory itself is not just well-groomed, but "licked", so clean and beautiful, not a single dried flower, all blades of grass are the same height. Regarding the rooms - we took a standard for a day, but even in it a family of 4 was comfortable - the room is spacious, one huge double bed, a single and a folding chair for a child (theoretically it will fit an adult in size, but 4 adults are not accommodated in standards anyway). We left after 19:00 (the room was handed over as expected at 12:00), no extra charges were taken from us for late check-out. The vacation was simply luxurious, thanks to the hotel team!
