все бы ничего, но в данном отеле исчезают вещи с номеров, администрация не несет ответственности, видео с камер не показывают, мало того вообще не реагируют должным образом, наоборот, просто заставляют ждать видимо выдуманного менеджера по камерам, сначала говорят про 10-15 минут, потом приходится ждать часами и сутками. По итогу говорят, а может это сделали вы сами или ваши друзья!!! это, конечно, было вообще нечто))) полицию не вызывают, говорят нужно идти самим, мало того, начинают ругаться с тобой, хотя я просила по человечески 3 суток и не хотела и не просила возмещения, а просто извинений... и докозательств того, что вещи у нас все-таки вытащили и забрали... по итогу, они потратили наши нервы и время... обманывая нас, говоря, что вот придет менеджер, который по их словам то работает завтра, наступает завтра,в назначенное время приходим, он чудесным образом работает в ночную смену))))))))))))) в общем, мы туда больше ни ногой.... и вам не советуем... предупрежден, значит вооружен... не хотелось бы, чтобы еще у кого-нибудь так испортился отдых...

Geçen senede bu otelde konaklama yapmıştım ve gerçekten o zaman müthiş di şu anda 5 yıldızlı bir otelmi pansiyon mu bilemedim her yerde sıra bekleniyor cola fanta yok alkol yok çocuk havuzda cola istiyor siz gidip büfeden alıyorsunuz geri kalanını siz hesap edin personelin hepsi mutsuz şu anda otelde konaklayan biri olarak söylüyorum giriş tarihim 28/07/2025 çıkış 03/08/2025

Отдыхали в Ozkaymak Marina большой семьёй. Отель понравился. Все новое! Еда каждый день одинаковая, но голодными не останетесь. На горки пускают строго ростом выше 130. Детских горок нет. Большой минус-оочень маленький пляж, можно сказать кусочек пляжа. Лежаки стоят близко друг к другу. Места хватало всем. На пляже есть бар с безалкогольными напитками и перекусами. Брали курс массажа взрослым в спа при отеле. Огромная благодарность Ирфану за индивидуальный подход и мастерство! Он владеет кучей техник массажа. Нам он очень помог. Рекомендую!

Положительные отзывы преувеличены, отель 4 с минусом, 2 линия, пляж маленький, на пляже нет нормального бара только холодильник с водой и соками, кофемашина и чай. При заселение возникли большие проблемы, небыло номеров, выбивали с боем. В барах нет рома и в коктейлях ром заменяют водкой. По еде каждый день однообразно, но чтобы попробовать все не спеша несколько дней хватит.

Genel olarak otelden memnunuz denize yakınlığı olsun kemerin merkezinde oluşu olsun hamamı olsun akşam showları ve animasyon ekibi çok iyiydi mini club iyiydi. Julia hanım sağ olsun bize çok yardımcı oldu. Aynı şekilde Arina hanımda yardımcı olmuştu.Akşamları 11 den sonra partiler gittiğimiz kulüpler çok güzeldi gerçekten beğendik. Resepsiyon biraz zayıf gibiydi ama yine de güzel eğlendik tatilimiz çok güzel geçti seneye mutlaka yeniden geleceğiz aynı şekilde yakın çevreme de önereceğim.
