Defalarca deneyimlediğimiz MaxxRoyal samimiyetini bu yılda 5. kez yaşadık.Yıllardır özellikle Belek müdavimiyizdir.Ancak bu son Kemer tatilimiz unutulmazdı.Yemekleri,temizliği,tüm personelin ilgisi harikaydı.Kaldığımız oda muhteşemdi.Bize sunulan Pavillon hizmetinden çok memnun kaldık.Şenol Dereli Beyefendinin bizleri herzamanki gibi güleryüzü ile karşılaması,Maxx asistanlarımız Madina,Ramin,Belek ve Bodrum'dan tanıdığımız sevgili Deniz'in tüm isteklerimizi yerine getirmeleri;resepsiyonda bulunan sevgili Elnur,Pavillon'da bize hizmet eden Osman ve Mürsel Beyefendiler,yıllardır tanıdığımız sevgili Mila,Sunlead'deki Yancy,Le melange çalışanlarından Ceren ve Yekaterina Hanımefendiler,güleryüzü ile bizleri herzaman mutlu eden sevgili Jacquline,işinde herzaman profesyonel olan sevgili Sedat Barbaros Beyefendi,Bishoku müdürü Beyefendi,müthiş bir enerjisi olan İtalyan müdüremiz tatlimizi mükemmelle taşıyan kahramanlardır.Aslına bakarsanız bu verdiğim isim ve örnekler sadece şu an aklıma gelenler.Tüm MaxxRoyal kocaman sevgi dolu bir ailedir.Tüm çalışanlarının tek istediği sizin mutluluğunuzdur.Ayrıca sevgili Şenol Yorgancı Beyefendi ve Nagihan Hanımefendi yi görmek,ailemizden sevdiklerimizi görmek gibiydi.Burada devam edecek olmalarına çok sevindik.Sizlerle iyi ki yolumuz kesişmiş,iyi ki tanımışız.En kısa sürede tekrar görüşeceğiz.Sizi seviyoruz sevgili MaxxRoyal.

Un hôtel juste magnifique, un service incroyable, un kids club extraordinaire comme j’en ai jamais vu. Les enfants sont occupés avec un programme varié, ils peuvent manger la bas s’ils le souhaitent. Notre assistant Eddie était exceptionnel, à l’écoute, très efficace et toujours très souriant. Nous avons aussi eu Kateryna notre butler qui s’occupait à merveille de nous. Toujours active et efficace. Nous avons super bien mangé dans tous les restaurants de l’hôtel. J’y retournerai dès que possible. Un grand bravo à tout l’hôtel.

Сегодня 5 ноября 2024 года и это последний день нашего замечательного отдыха в отеле Maxx Royal Kemer. Для меня это самый лучший отдых в Турции. Комфорт, чистота, удобство и красивые виды. Очень порадовал персонал от официантов до кураторов, которые всегда на связи и решают все ваши вопросы быстро и профессионально. Хочу отменить работу Мадины и Дениза, любая моя просьба была решена мгновенно, особенно порадовал подарок для сына от отеля, который нам любезно предоставили по нашей просьбе. Так же хочется отметить питание, в ресторане онлайн меню и вы можете находясь в одном из представленных ресторанов, заказать блюдо из другого, это очень удобная система. Ну а сами блюда можно оценить на 10 из 10, здесь и выбор блюд и их подача, а так же вкусовые пристрастия, всё учтено. Зона бассейна, прекрасное обслуживание гостей, начиная с уже лежащих полотенец на лежаках, заканчивая обслуживанием официантов, которые за пару дней узнав ваши предпочтения, уточняют ваше желание и тут же исполняют его. Особенно хочется отметить официанта ALI CAN и девушку по имени Claudia, очень приятна была их забота и обслуживание. Вечером всегда живая музыка, в лобби и на сцене проходили ежедневно в исполнении замечательных артистов. Всем советую посетить этот прекрасный отель, где отдых превращается в релакс , когда ты закрываешь глаза и наслаждаешься, а все остальное происходит без твоего участия 👌

Хочу оставить всему персоналу из ресторана Азур, очень хорошее обслуживание, официанты очень услужливые, особенно Haji! Был очень приятно приходить туда. И разнообразие еды тоже безупречное! Еще вернемся сюда обязательно! Спасибо!

Nous avons passé l’un des plus merveilleux séjour de notre vie en famille dans un cadre magnifique, et surtout grâce a une incroyable équipe que vous dire de nos assistants, Marina et Eddy. Une mention spéciale pour Eddy, qui a su répondre de manière favorable à toutes nos demandes. Merci pour son professionnalisme et sa patience. Merci pour sa bonne humeur pour ses attention quotidienne et sa disponibilité. Eddy, on peut que te dire à l année prochaine dans n’importe quel Maxx Royal où tu seras. Que dire de notre majordome Kateryna notre rayon de soleil quotidien. Son professionnalisme sa gentillesse et toutes ces attentions quotidiennes. Tu manques déjà à toute la famille grand et petits. Une autre mention spéciale au maxxi land, qui se sont occupé de nos enfants, d’une manière très professionnelle à leur gentillesse et leur créativité. C’est la première fois que nos enfants quittent un hôtel en pleurant 😂 Une grosse pensée pour notre femme de chambre Nehmiye qui sa su prévenir tous nos besoins. Incredible service. Pure 5 star, nothing request is too much. Food options are amazing. Most restaurants included, steak and Teppenyaki are a small supplement. Cabana included if you are staying in a Laguna Suite. Tamer was our butler. This guy is a massive credit to the hotel, his service is outstanding, preempts all of our requests and makes suggestions that we didn’t even know were possible. Kids club is out of this world. Kids are entertained from morning to night with various programs to suit all ages. This is our 3rd year in a row here and in my opinion is the best All Inclusive resort in Europe.
