We had a rest in November, the sea is wonderful, the weather is excellent, during the day 24-28, in the evening 16-20 ° C. The beach is small pebbles, super to dive from the pier, there are no problems with sun loungers, in the bars everything your heart desires (both alcohol and food). The food is tasty, varied, almost around the clock. The room stock requires updating, there was practically no animation. From entertainment: a water park, a swimming pool on the territory without heating, cold. The gym is a C, table tennis (one table), cycling and hiking. It is better to rent a car outside the hotel., as well as a transfer to the airport. I recommend it for lovers of a quiet holiday and good alcohol.

В целом отель не плохой, стараются очень. Хочу отметить очень плохое качество одеял, они только маленькие, больших нет, первую ночь спали под ним, потом взяли второе.Качество подушек , матрасов и одеял , ужасное.( показываю на фото) Питание шикарное , но очень пресное и однообразное и не вкусное,хороших супов нет вообще. Очереди в ресторане имеют место быть. Очень мизерные и неудобные ванные комнаты и балконы. Номера в основном с боковым видом на море. Жила в номере 1516 , за 8 дней убрались два раза ,в номере было реально грязно. Мини бар вообще не меняли, пришлось просить. И помните- в этом отеле надо быть попрошайкой, всё надо просить, стоять везде в очереди, потому что они везде. Не понравилось, НЕ РЕКОМЕНДУЮ, отель испортился очень. Отдельно отмечу ледяной бассейн, в аква -парке , есть бассейн с подогревом, но там только дети и он мизерный, размером 3 метра. А , кто решился искупаться в большой бассейне , все заболели, в отеле многие кашляют от этого. Кондитерскую вообще спрятали на пляже, в основном здании ее нет, зачем? Ведь кондитерские, это всегда любимое место в отелях Турции. Снек бар с едой с таким девизом- Мы вас накормим так, чтоб вы не вернулись.Очень всё не вкусное.

This was our fifth stay at Akka Alinda Hotel, but unfortunately, we have to say that the experience this time did not live up to our previous visits. The overall quality of service has noticeably declined. It seems that Russian-speaking tourists are prioritized, as there are very few staff members who speak and understand English. This was particularly problematic in the kids’ mini club, where none of the staff spoke English well enough for us to feel comfortable leaving our children in their care. The cleanliness of the rooms has also gone down slightly. On a positive note, the food remains tasty, and a couple of members from the entertainment team were very friendly and engaging. The hotel grounds, including gardens and shared areas, are clean and well-maintained. Service at the coffee bar has consistently been friendly and pleasant. However, in other bars, we noticed that only those who push ahead and order alcohol are served quickly, while children can stand in line for up to 10 minutes without a single staff member acknowledging them. This kind of service is very disappointing and unfair. Another issue is smoking around the pool area. Given the large number of children present, there should be clearly designated smoking areas, and the poolside should ideally be a smoke-free zone. We would like to highlight the excellent service at the hotel’s information desk — the staff there are polite and helpful. The team handling the luggage also deserves praise for their efficiency and professionalism. We chose this hotel again based on the positive experiences of previous years, but unfortunately, this time it did not leave the same good impression. We hope the hotel management takes this feedback seriously and takes steps to improve the level of service to restore what once made Akka Alinda our favorite vacation destination.

Отель понравился, хорошее соотношение цены и качества. Номера не очень большие. Питание отличное, разнообразное, чистота в ресторане. Хороший снек-бар по меню. Персонал отеля хороший, русофобов не встречали). Читала отзывы от русофобов-гостей, нам они не встречались) видимо русских больше и им страшно себя выдать))) только в отзывах высказались. Минус - это текущая уборка номера, смена белья и полотенец, пополнение мини-бара все хорошо, но вот с уборкой полов очень плохо, особенно в сан узле. Черные волосы пришлось убирать антибактериальным салфетками самой. Брюнетов в семье нет. К минусам также можно отнести грязные сан узлы у бассейна и пляжа. Конечно гости должны быть аккуратнее(!) женские все в моче, Прошу прощения за подробности, и в сланцах тащут это к бассейнам и по территории. Возможно нужно увеличить частоту уборок и дезинфекцию. В общем приятный, уютный, семейный отель.

Я плакала когда уехала мне очень понравилось детский клуб особенно Айдар Катя Руслан и Чинара. Ещё сотрудница Ресепшен Аня она всегда помогала . Я обязательно приеду снова ! Писала дочь Айлина. От себя добавлю - было вкусно, красиво, вежливо , прекрасный отдых в прекрасном отеле , с очень хорошими сотрудниками везде. В кофейне люди улыбались от слов барист всегда - это просто чудесно ) концерты, анимация, шоу - очень интересны .

Несколько раз в год ездием отдыхать с семьей (трое детей), сравнить есть с чем, объездили очень много отелей в Турции и не только в Турции. Так вот если соберетесь ехать в этот отель с детьми-подростками, то делать здесь совсем нечего после 19.00. Заняться нечем от слова совсем. После 19.00, если ребенок изъявляет желание поиграть на спортивной площадке в баскетбол или футбол - ему НЕ дадут даже мяч. А если и дадут, то на площадке выключен свет и кромешная тьма. Чтобы включить свет на площадке, нужно заплатить 10 евро. Такой сущий пустяк для отеля, но так не клиенториентировано для гостей отеля 5 звезд. Сколько раз отдыхали в 5* отелях, такое встречаю впервые! Ваши дети подростки будут просто втыкать в телефонах, вместо того, чтобы поиграть в мяч со сверстниками. Рядом отель через стенку Sailors - площадка освещается и мячи выдают без проблем.

Прекрасно провела отдых в отеле акка Алинда. Очень добрый и вежливый персонал все прекрасно выполняют свою работу сервис на высоте концепция отеля очень качественная. Отель очень даже оправдывает свою стоимость Осталась довольна думаю что приеду вновь Спасибо за прекрасный отдых

Очень понравился отель. . Была на майские праздники . Хочу отметить отличный сервис и уважение к гостям- спасибо большое всему персоналу : и на ресепшен и в ресторане, и на пляже- везде искренне дружелюбие и забота. Еда прекрасная, море чистое, бассейны с комфортным расположением, есть с подогревом и детскими горками.
