Еда вкусная, сотрудники отличные, менеджер Али отличный специалист, девушка на рецепшене приветливая. Все было отлично кроме самого номера, двери были потресканы, кондиционер не работал, по утрам ужасный запах канализации. Отдельная благодарность аниматорам, шоу было отличным

Прекрасный отель!! Ездим второй год подряд, очень уж сильно он нам понравился. Не устану говорить о красоте и удобстве отеля. Шикарное питание и отзывчивый персонал. Увлекательные активности и интересные вечерние шоу программы как для взрослых, так и для детей. Всем советую!)

Один из любимых отелей в Турции! Если отдыхать с семьёй, то только сюда! Уютные номера, великолепная ухоженная зелёная территория, несколько бассейнов с разными горками ( есть отдельно взрослые и детские). В номере есть сейф, телевизор, холодильник, он же мини-бар, который пополняется ежедневно. Уборка ежедневно. На территории несколько точек с едой на любой вкус и желание(голодными точно не останетесь). Есть четыре ресторана А-ля Карт, советую посетить все, особенно мексиканский ( попробуйте их суп, это очень вкусно). Есть мини детский-сад, с отличными аниматорами. Каждый вечер детская дискотека, далее развлекательное шоу. Мы были 15 дней, шоу ни разу не повторялось, каждый день новое. Практически ежедневно-живая музыка и дискотека до 24-00. В первой половине дня есть йога, дартс и другие развлечения, в течении дня - аквааэробика, водное поло, аквабайк. Аниматоры- молодцы, скучать не дадут! Также есть хаммам, сауны, услуги массажа (платно). Если идёте на массаж, то идите к Тини ( массажистка, которая любит свою работу и делает на отлично, не халтурит). Отдыхаем тут не в первый раз, и в прошлом году были тут. По сравнению с прошлым годом, в отеле произошли изменения в лучшую сторону. Персонал относится к каждому гостю, как к родному. Особенно дети, без внимания никогда не останутся. Огромное спасибо Лейле и Ильяс-бею в решении наших вопросов. И особенно Али! Вернёмся ли мы сюда? Однозначно ДА!!! Ведь это любимый отель моей семьи! Lovely hotel, beautiful beach and gardens, staff friendly and professional. Good food available all the time and entertainment team superb! Murad the entertainment manager such a lovely friendly guy who works well with his entertainment team giving the guests the best time. Plenty of shows at night for kids and adults. All team fun and helpful with guests. Continue the good work Murad!!! Also like to mention Zeynep who is a lovely girl too

3 çocukla tatil yapmaktan biraz çekiniyorduk ama bütün endişelerimiz mini clup sayesinde geçti gitti. Mini clupte çalışan kızlar işlerini çok iyi yapıyor çocuklarla çok iyi anlaşıyorlar. Çocuklarım gündüz yaptıklarını anlata anlata bitiremiyor ve akşam mini disko da dans etmeye bayılıyorlar. Ayrıca hepimizin damak zevkine göre yemek var bu bizi çok memnun etti. Deniz çok güzel dalgasız sahilde vakit geçirmeyi seviyoruz. Kısacası otelden çok memnun kaldık ve tavsiye ederiz. Otelde çalışan Mini clup şefi Deniz, Zeynep ve Ksenia'ya ilgilerinden dolayı çok teşekkür ederiz

Отдыхаем второй раз в этом отеле,были в сентябре 2024 года,Живописный в мае приехали опять в этот отель, нравится всё, территория большая,чисто, хороший бассейн,море рядом останавливались оба раза в бунгало все понравилось, будем приезжать снова

Nisanın 27 sinde girip mayıs 5 e kadar 3 çocuğum ve eşimle yaptığım tatilimde başta lezzetli yemekleri güler yüzlü personeli ile gelecek tatillerimizde yeni otel seçme sıkıntısından kurtardılar dersem yalan olmaz. Mutfakta Eyüp şefin ve mutfak ekibinin 6 aylık bebeğinizin ek gıdaya geçmesinden dolayı doğan ihtiyaçlarımızı mükemmel bir şekilde karşılamalarından ve sundukları lezzet deneyiminden oldukça memnun olduk ve rahatladık. Dahasında otelin animasyon ekibinden başta malibu ve Zeynep hanımın bizleri içine aldıkları eğlenceli deneyimi bizi gerçekten mutlu etti. İlk kez bir animosyan ekibinin oyunlarına ve aktivitelerine katılmak için can attık diyebilirim. Ayrıca son olarak kids clup personelinin 8 ve 11 yaşındaki 2 çocuğumuzla ilgilenmelerinden; 3 çocukla tatil nasıl yapacağız diye düşünmedik ve tatilin tadını hep birlikte çıkardık, Deniz x 2 hanımlara ayrıca teşekkürler ediyorum. Tüm otel çalışanlarından son derece memnun kaldık belki bu yaz sonu yeniden görüşmek dilelği ile hoşçakalın özlenecek bir deneyimdi.

There are things that are really good and nice .. and at the same time, big showstoppers. Biggest showstopper is all the staff assuming everyone is russian and speaking russian to everyone. Sorry, not part of an aggressor country and I do not wish to be addressed in that language. Second showstopper is smoking. There is a non-smoking area at the pool, that is 8 sunbeds. Ca 200 sunbeds are for smokers .. just doesn’t make sense. Non-smokers are being punished. Same goes for the hotel rooms. Rooms are non smoking ones, yet people smoke on balconies and all the smell comes in. Third - bed/pillow. Hardest bed I’ve ever slept on. Same with a pillow. Pillow is not suitable for kids at all. Cant have a horisontal and neutral spine position while sleeping with a hard pillow. On the positive side. Food was good. Facilities were clean and the garden was beautiful. Burak and Ece from admin were very friendly and helpful.
