Best Western Aladdin Inn

This hotel is a took a bit of navigation to locate (thankful for GPS), but once there, we were pleased with the accommodations. The front desk clerk was warm and friendly, and gave us very helpful instructions about how to drive around the back of the hotel and where to park closest to our room. The room was clean and the A/C worked properly. There was only a light blanket on the bed, so we were glad to have brought one in the car. The bed was quite firm, so I did not sleep as well as I would have liked. The breakfast was very good - hot eggs, sausage, tortillas, potatoes, and the usual cold fare. Good selection of teas and fresh coffee. Our one negative was I had booked the room through trip.com and prepaid online, but Best Western also charged our card. I called the hotel after we got home, and the clerk apologized and refunded the charge immediately. Kudos for not trying to prevent a refund.

Clean but dated, comfy bed, decent breakfast, good location

Below BW typical standards. Location was rough. Not enough parking and not enough handicap parking. Their idea of ADA room was questionable and almost insulting. Our "view" was their storage cabinets; noise from outside, neighbors and second floor (like they were moving furniture around in middle of night). Appeared that BW took over a cheaper hotel at some point. Eggs tasteless - went to McDs second visit. No decaf, no trays for those ADA people who can't navigate the breakfast room. Two positive notes: beds were good as usual. AND the staff was wonderful from reservations to check in to leaving.

The property was honestly one of BEST I’ve been to, which says alot cuz I’ve stayed at hundreds of properties over the years. For starters, reserving a room online was Quick and Painless. Secondly, location and check in were seamless. Upon entering room there were no weird smells, the room was very spacious and remarkably clean!! In the room was literally EVERYTHING you could need. Four perfect pillows on each bed, extra large bags in closet with ironing board, extra coffee packet mixes, and let’s not forget the cleanliness. First thing I notice seems to always be dirty areas, or broken things.. don’t ask me why. lol There was no dirt on the floorboards, on top of picture frames, or the corners of the room in general. I was super impressed!! I will be making sure to share my experience to help others in maybe deciding to stay, thanks BW I’ve stayed at

Great value for the money, especially with the breakfast included. It was complete breakfast.

Hotel is old, but updated. Room was clean and the staff was friendly. The gym was shut down, which was disappointing because I wasn’t told at reservation time.

Staff, room and breakfast was excellent. And even though we left really early in the morning before breakfast, the coffee and hot water for tea was available to fix and take with us.

The floor in our room was uneven. Not level. Breakfast was terrible. My family and I took 1-2 bites and then threw everything away.

Hotel clean. Except going towards check out there was ice all over the floor from the ice machine. Staff member walked right past. The breakfast was very good. Though ran out quick and took a long while to get refilled. Nice pool wish it was open later. Looks like they are working on the roof too. Walla are very thin. Can hear almost clearly on other side of walls. BED IS HARD AS A ROCK. There were 4 of us and we all woke up very sore. Blankets are more like multiple sheets
