I received a call at ten minutes before eleven telling me that checkout is at eleven. I told them that the reservation said checkout was at noon and they said that was wrong and we needed to go

Unfortunately, door safety locks and window locks were broken and blow dryer did not work properly. Shower water was hot and towels were okay.

very disappointed...
It wasn't very clean. The bed skirt was dirty with spots on it. There was no fitted sheet on the bed and there were yellow spots all over the flat sheet and blankets.It looked like ants or some kind of bugs were smashed on the bed skirt and not changed. The shower towels looked and smelled like they were already used. The little bottles of shampoo,conditioner, and body wash were used. I was disappointed that the fridge was more like a freezer and the shelves in it were sticky. the mirror had spots on it.The counter was dirty and dusty.
