Overall, my stay was nice and it was a good experience, the Barbecue stove was very good and the location is very convenient too, but the air vent was very dirty and has a heavy smoke smell, the outdoor pool was pretty dirty too..

Front desk people polite and helpful. Rooms are nice sized with patio doors to an inner courtyard which is nice. Much traffic noise. Had to go to front desk to get coffee cups for the second morning, cleaning staff changed towels but nothing else. Restaurant is closed as is indoor pool,

Poor Customer service. Very unfriendly. When we got to our room the battle began about the air conditioner unit. It took four visits to the office before we just gave up in the 99 degree heat. They finally agreed the unit was broken after 1.5 hours and 2 office visits. They replaced it but never cleaned up all the debri on the floor of our room and just left the broken unit outside our sliding door to trip over. We were unable to get them to clean anything up despite several more attempts. What a nightmare!

DON'T GO HERE rude to almost bullying! When I showed them my dirty stained sheets, they smirked, and reluctantly gave me unstained sheets, no apology, the old white caretaker is a peeping tom, I had a camera I put in all rooms I stay in, and caught him in my bedroom opening my drawers snooping, no theft but I left the next day after I saw that,just Horrible people, clearly this dump is a hobby to these mean ignorant folks

You could hear everything next door , bathroom fan didn’t work and paint peeling all over . Won’t stay here again
