The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The on-site restaurant is truly a hidden gem—both the food and drinks were outstanding. The only issue I encountered was with the air conditioning in the room. It was quite noisy, so I turned it off before bed to get a better night’s sleep. However, I woke up early in the morning to find it had turned itself back on and the room temperature had dropped to 18°C which was uncomfortably cold. I mentioned this to the front desk during check-out and the staff member sincerely apologized and assured me they would look into it. I appreciated the way the situation was handled. And the other thing is the room is a bit overpriced.

The TV in the room welcomed me.
The view was great. The lake view was visible when I opened the door.
The mirror in the bathroom was also nice. The lighting was good.
There was also a window in the bathroom where I could see the lake view.
I liked it very much. Very good.

Environment: Walking out of the hotel is a park and a lake, very beautiful, within walking distance to some restaurants and shopping stores
Facilities: A bit old, parking lot is not cheap and you need to pay for it yourself

Our stay at this hotel was excellent. The amenities and services were outstanding, and the staff were incredibly kind and professional. The hotel environment was beautiful and peaceful, and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. We will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to others.
