Baby Box tersedia, tapi tidak diberikan matras, kamar kurang bersih, di sudut2 ruangan seperti tidak terjangkau alat kebersihan, house keeping tidak teliti mengecek barang (awalnya ada item yang katanya hilang, ternyata ditanya lagi seperti ada missed dan tidak ada konfirmasi barang hilang/ tidak)
feeling sangat tidak nyaman dgn house keepingnya, agak trauma sih mau balik nginep disini
