I have nothing but praise for this resort - from the facilities, food, service, wonderful staff and idyllic ambience of it's surrounds. Handy to all attractions of note yet still remote enough to enjoy total tranquility. I accidentally left an article of clothing behind and management were more than happy to forward it to me in Australia.

I will have to say that this visit to this quaint island was a highlight to our trip around Indonesia. Patrise and his crew were knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The accommodations were well appointed. We were the only guests there, but we didn't feel alone. The excursions were thoughtful and filled with conversation. This was by far the best part of Indonesia for us.

Simple bungalows in stunning surroundigs. Highlight was the tour to Kelimutu Craterlakes with Patris our local guide from the Hotel. He is a really nice person, good informed and a good guide. Additional he works in the reception and speeks good English. We stayed for 3 days and it was a wonderful stay. Sylvia and Rudolf

This is the best hotel available to visit the Kelimutu crater lakes. It offers simple rooms but the bed was comfortable and there was hot water in the shower. Wif fi was only available at reception. There is a limited menu but the food was tasty. We had a stunning view from the terrace outside our room and enjoyed the attractive gardens.

A little away from the city and its noise. We had a high room, offering a magnificent panorama of beauty and calm. The room is large, nicely furnished, with good bedding. We regret that the bathroom, really rudimentary, is not of the same standard. Undeniable cleanliness. The restaurant is well maintained, the menu rather varied and the food of good quality. No wifi outside reception. But when you come to Flores, you accept the slightly offbeat way of life! Excellent welcome, attentive and pleasant staff. A good address in this region. Thanks again.

At kelimutu ecolodge we stayed in a wonderful room with great view on the river and rice fields. They a lot of effort in their Nice garden. Mr Patris and his staff were very welcoming and helpful. We would stay here again. Markus

(+) - near to Kelimutu - Next to a river - There is a restaurant serving food within the lodge, not bad (-) - Due to its high altitude, the room is quite moist, affecting the bed and towel. - Wifi not provided in the bedroom, need to go to the main office to use the wifi
