"The rooms aren't modern, the walls are thin so itz very easy to hear noise. This place is an Inn, I.e somewhere to sleep after going to the pub downstairs, but for a business hotel, probably better to stay at one of the many hotels near the M1. It serves it's purpose but it wasn't for me. I stayed 3 hours, went to work and didn't bother going back."

"Really good value hotel at East Midlands Airport. I stayed here for one night due to its proximity to the airport. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are fairly basic, but this is a Holiday Inn Express, not a luxury hotel. The bed was comfortable and there was a hairdryer, kettle, iron and a few other features in the room. Wifi was fast and stable which is a big plus. The food is the restaurant was fairly decent and it was certainly quite busy the evening I was there. Breakfast is included for all rooms and there were plenty of hot and cold options with juices and coffees etc. OK it won't win any Michelin stars, but I was happy for the price. The hotel is around a 10 minute walk to the terminal or there is a bus stop right outside which gets there in a few minutes."

"Handy Hotel for the terminal. I couldn’t hear planes from my room which was clean and tidy although a little ‘worn’ It didn’t detract from the handiness of being so close to the terminal for an early flight. Nice shower and comfy bed. Kettle and coffee sachets or tea bags were handy first thing in the morning. The food was ok but not a lot of choice (sign of the times maybe?) the beer was nice though! The staff were friendly and helpful. Nice to know if a lone traveller like I was. "
