"I had the pleasure of staying in the Diamond Suites, specifically in the Ruby room, and it was truly a memorable experience. From the moment I walked in, I could tell this was going to be a special stay. The room was beautifully designed with elegant touches that made me feel instantly at home, yet utterly luxurious. The highlight was undoubtedly the hot tub, where I spent many relaxing moments soaking in the warmth The thoughtful touches, like the fresh fruit platter and the exquisite wine from Chile, really elevated the experience. It wasn’t just about comfort; it was about feeling pampered in every possible way. I felt like a queen during my stay, and it was the perfect way to unwind after my travels. Thank you very much for making my stay so exceptional. The memories I made in that Ruby room will stay with me for a long time. I look forward to returning and reliving this incredible experience."

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful! The room was spotless and comfortable! The breakfast was more than expected and the restaurant was delicious! The hotel is continuing its expansion with a new Spa and exercise area with sauna!!

We received a free upgrade to one of the suites. The suite was very spacious, clean and the beds were very comfortable. The early check-in also worked really well and we were able to move into our room at around 9:00 a.m. so we could rest after the night flight. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Ordering a taxi through the hotel was no problem - even with the requirement for a child seat and space for luggage.
