Where do I begin? Asked for extra pillows but was told no. They use small pillows that are not even standard size. At 8am my wife attempted to take a hot shower and no hot water. You know, upset wife is upset life. Front desk assistant told us to "wait" because they were fully booked. Which is the hot water heater can't support their actual hotel to accommodate the number if rooms. 9:30am still ice cold shower. Should I mention the stains all over the bed once we woke up and removed the sheets. I guess the pictures will serve justice for future potential customers to stay the hell away from this place.

A long-established hotel, some parts of it are probably being renovated. The location is good, and it’s convenient for eating and shopping.

Customer service was absolutely awful! I tried to check into this hotel today for three nights and I was told that I was on the “Do not rent list”. I have never rented a hotel in Keene before. They had someone on this list with his name spelled differently than mine. I have lived in Florida for 18 years. I have a valid license and credit card. They had the wrong person. I am simply stunned by this. Hopefully management reads this as it is so wrong!!

Nasty , dirty smelly place I have ever been in and will never stay there again desk clerk didn’t know how to speak English very well and kept saying he didn’t understand or know how to do it

Terrible experience at this hotel. First room we were given on the first floor I had an allergic reaction to mold right away. The hallway and room stunk like mold. We tried a second room on the second floor and same thing. Carpets were filthy and not vacuumed, room was dirty, TV did not work and furniture was dated looking like it was from the 1980s. I was concerned about bringing bugs home if we stayed here. We checked out within minutes and this place won’t refund back one of the two nights as a penalty even though we didn’t stay. I will be disputing this with my credit card. Staff and manager very rude and money hungry, zero concern for customer service or people in general. We were able to check into a beautiful four star hotel for almost the same cost. Do yourself a favor and don’t settle for this dump.

Room wasn’t clean found someone else’s clothes in the corner . Hair in the shower . Thank goodness I bring my own towels and sheets . Bedding had cigarettes holes . Bugs flying around .Hot water wasn’t hot . The carpet in the hotel could use some cleaning/replacing . Asked about late check out because I’m here for work and they said the latest they could do was 12 when I received a text on pricing for late check out.

Place is a dump. Everything is broken and/or filthy. Hallway smells like sewage. Found a tick in my bed. It was awesome.
