Only 1 ice machine for so many rooms, and it wasn't working. REALLY!!! But the breakfast crew was very good at their job!!!

This is the best Best Western we have ever stayed in. We were here for a family wedding and everyone there was helpful. This hotel has been there for a long time but it has been updated and everything was great. Their function room was perfect for our welcome party and the food was great.

The room was clean with plenty of space for an amputee to move and be comfortable. Excellent accessible bathroom for BKA with prosthetic. Good Hot Breakfast with expected plenty of choices including eggs, meat, breads, etc. Attached restaurant has good and reasonably dinners.

Everything about this was a great experience from check-in, to the room and especially the price. Hotels all over New Hampshire are $300. plus. This hotel was half of that! All staff members were helpful and went out of their way to facilitate guest’s needs. I would definitely stay there again.

Tout était parfait. Propreté partout, une équipe incroyable qui surveille tous les détails. Sécurité évidente et un service impeccable. Un petit déjeuner incroyable, eau filtrée disponible, tout type de café et du the 24/24. Un lobby grand, aéré et une atmosphère tranquille qui t'assure un confort maximal. On reviendra.

Older hotel. Clean and updating can be seen. Carpets newer and clean. Bed and pillows comfortable. Nice Stay as we traveled through. Restaurant sharing parking lot. Breakfast area has plenty of seating. Good selection of breakfast items (hot and cold).

Front counter staff not very friendly. Didn't explain the accommodations or where anything was. Breakfast was good and kitchen staff was great. The room was ok. Tv difficult to find channels, air blows directly on the bed with no way to redirect it. And there were cockroaches in the room. Front desk didn't seem to care.

We stayed for only one night. The hotel is clean and modern. The price was reasonable compared to other hotels in the area. The free breakfast was very good. Something for everyone. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. It's close to downtown Keene but not too close.

The entire hotel was clean, comfortable and has everything you need to enjoy your trip. I only stayed one night but this hotel should be a destination to stay for multiple nights if visiting New Hampshire. It’s actually a wedding venue if you’re looking a place on a budget
