I booked a suite for 5 nights, and it turned out to be a wooden room over the ocean. The reservation window lacked detailed information. The facilities were very old, and the floor was always dirty with slippers. The basic carpet itself was dirty. The bathroom floor was full of mold. I asked for a room close to the pool when I first made the reservation, but they gave me the furthest room, and it was hot and hard to walk back and forth, so I had to call for an exhaust fan when I went to eat breakfast. Since breakfast was not included in the reservation, I had to write down my room number every time I ate breakfast and pay later or pay on site, but it was about 17,000 won per person for breakfast, but it was not worth the price. The menu was not diverse and was almost the same every day. I asked two people to refill the breakfast menu because it was running out, but it kept not being refilled, and I eventually asked the manager and they refilled it. The staff lacked service mindset overall. It was hard to see anyone smiling, and most of them showed service with a blank expression. The restaurant manager was the kindest. It seemed like they didn't clean the pool water. I didn't see them cleaning or disinfecting it with a pool-specific vacuum cleaner every morning. There were a lot of children and families, and it was too noisy when Chinese groups came to swim. The atmosphere was like taking a swimming class while competing in the pool. It was not worth even 1 star out of 5 for the three main factors of cleanliness, service, and breakfast.
