The room is very small and there is no refrigerator. There is no kettle or chair either, you have to ask the front desk for it. Cleaning is also available only after you ask the front desk. But the front desk is very friendly.

I am pleasantly surprised at the location - near to MAHA Tower, surrounded by makan shops like Old Town Coffee, seafood restaurants, mamak restaurant and a pharmacy next door. One can easily get a Grab to Langkawi Fair Mall , HIG Complex , pasar malam on Wed night nearby.
Showers are a bit slow, no hair shampoo or bath gel provided, only 2 small soap bars per day. Perhaps the hotel should take note of this and improve.

Semua okay, bilik selasa, aircond sejuk, staff siap bg letak beg dulu dlm stor sebelum check in..tekanan air yang kuat dan selesa untuk mandi..cuma pihak housekeeping kene sental sikit dinding area shower belah bawah tu..berkeladak sangat..2 minggu sekali dah kira okay kalau nk maintain kualiti..Tq
