You can shop and dine at the Country Club Plaza or catch a game with the Kansas City Chiefs or Royals, cheer at Kansas Speedway, go fishing at Smithville Lake or visit the Jesse James Farm Museum. We are close to Worlds of Fun, the Kansas City Zoo and the shopping district.
Our 100% non-smoking hotel has two floors with no elevator access. Enjoy a free full hot breakfast every morning that includes eggs, breakfast meat, waffles, various pastries and breads, yogurt, cold cereals, juice, coffee, and tea.
The outdoor seasonal pool is open from 9 a.m.to 10 p.m. You can grill your own food on one of our outdoor grills by the gazebo. The guest laundry is open 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. and has coin-operated machines. There are a limited number of pet-friendly rooms and there is an additional daily fee of $10 per registered pet.
We offer free 24 hour guest parking with limited space for buses and truck parking. Guests must be at least 18 years of age to register.

Horrible didn't give me the room I paid for. tried making me pay 100$ deposit when it states $50 and was rude and judgemental was suppose to have room with jetted tub

Clean, great continental breakfast. Friendly staff. A nice price for your stay. Grounds seem well-kept. Not difficult to find... NOT too close to a busy highway. We slept well here! Beds were VERY comfortable. Nice bathrooms - Again, clean and well-stocked.

After being called by an on duty employee to confirm if I was coming and staying with them. I confirmed on the phone that I indeed was, but that it would be later in the evening. They attempted to charge my card on file multiple times, which is NOT Best Western Policy. I arrived at the hotel only to discover that they had given my room away, even after confirming that I was still coming. After asking to speak with a manager to resolve this, I was told that they don't provide contact information and that I could come back the next day and resolve in person. I will update once I have talked to management.

Rude staff which was difficult to communicate with, room was falling apart, pool was closed, checking out was impossible because of a payment error on their part even after proving with a confirmation email. Staff even harassed guests (in another room I paid for) in the night about this issue. Look elsewhere for a relaxing trouble free stay

I'd just about given up finding a decent place to stay for under $100 per night. I hope that my next drive north isn't through the worst downpour of my life so I can check in at 7 pm instead of 9 pm and enjoy their very clean and comfortable rooms.
