Didn't get the room I paid for. Said that the sheets were black the night prior which is a lie I went took shower and went to sleep so no way it was black I paid for a king size bed and they gave me 2 queens and the sink was clogged and no wash rags and the lights didn't work we had to walk in dark to find a lamp one didn't have light bulb and the other worked when it wanted

We had house fire so had to drive somewhere to stay

I want you to be aware that this is a motel and not a hotel there was no elevator. And since my friend was disabled the front desk was able to work with us on getting us a room that was on the main floor and close to everything he also worked with us on price I was very pleased

First, I reserved and paid for 2 rooms and they only had one on file and couldn't fix it. Next, no fewer than 3 other customers came in thenoffice whilenI was there complaining about their rooms. It went from 'hair in the bed," to "room not cleaned," to "TV doesnt work," to "TV was smashed in." I cancelled everything and had to find an alternate option, which caused me to kiss the wedding I was going to. Horrible experience. I also did not feel safe there.

I rang the bell and called the phone number from the lobby for over 30 minutes before driving around back where I found the staff. Even though I’d pre booked a king room, because I had my service dog with me, they moved us to a double queen. That wasn’t too bad. When we got in our room, it smelled of smoke and musty. The doors had scratches on them from previous pets. The bathroom smelled the strongest. There were moldy ceiling tiles with holes in them. The TV only picked up about 5 channels. The breakfast consisted of, cereal, toaster waffles or bread for toast. There was coffee and juice. If it hadn’t been storming, we probably would’ve requested a refund and moved on.

Basically clean. Beds were comfortable. AC worked and wasn’t too noisy. Large truck lot across the road was very noisy. Meager breakfast, but it was continental. Did not use pool. Staff was very nice.

This is one of the worst places to stay at I would not recommend wasting your money at this place whatsoever. The people who own it or manage it or holes the woman is a big b can't understand her when she talks they tried to charge me for multiple towels that said they had blood on them and she tried to tell me that there was blood on our sheets and there was no blood nowhere there was a towel that had been thrown on their floor and they picked it up and try to blame us for the towel being dirty stating it couldn't be cleaned up and the towel wouldn't be good enough to use again and so they would have to throw it away I've heard from other people them doing this also they're just always trying to charge your card for more money and charge you for that you shouldn't be charged for I guess they don't expect any people to come in and be working people and be dirty and use a towel to get clean they want to charge you $50 for the towel which is funny because the hotel stinks the room smelled like urine everything about this hotel was horrible it looks bad it smells bad and like I said the managers you can't understand them when they talk but just the tone of the way they talk to you is rude and they're just holes

Awesome stay and awesome friendly staff. Hotel is near several food chains, Pilot station across the street. Even though it is across from a major truck stop, it is quieter than expected, well lite and felt safe. Room was clean and comfortable with all the amenities expected.

It is a little noisy due to a lot of parking in location next to hotel for trucks which come and go all night
