Ankara’nın merkezindeki birçok otelden daha iyi
Odalar Ankara’nın merkezindeki çoğu otelden çok daha temiz ve konforlu. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve rahat bir ortamda hissettiriyorlar. Daha öncesinde iş nedeniyle misafiri olduğum otele şimdi de ailemle geldim ve aynı memnuniyeti yaşadım. Ankara’nın merkezine yaklaşık 30 dkda ulaştım hem termal tatili hem de ankara ziyareti için oldukça iyi bir tercih. Termalinde ki ücret karşılığında kullanabildiğiniz özel aile odaları birinci tercih sebebiniz olabilir. Saatlik tarifesi uygulanan odalarda kimseyle iletişime girmeden özel koşullarda ailenizle eğleniyorsunuz. Tabi ki ücretsiz olarak da herkesin kullandığı termali de kullanabilirsiniz.

Kaplıca suyu, havuzu, odaları temiz, uzak doğulu çalışanların masaj hizmeti kaliteliydi. Yemekleri ve kahvaltısı güzeldi. Hizmette aksama görmedim. Belki bize denk gelmiştir, akşam yemeği için ızgara olmaması ve açık büfe olması eleştiri noktam. Alkol hizmeti sunuyorsanız masaya servis gerekir. Ayrıca 7/24 sağlık görevlisi (ilk yardım yapabilecek) otelde bulundurulmasında fayda olur, böyle bir görevli odasına rastlamadım. Güzel bir yatırım. Tekrar konaklayabileceğim bir otel.
