Приехала на заселение в ночь. На стойке регистрации меня встретила милая девушка, все рассказала и показала. Но в номере меня ждал ужас: чёрные пятна на стенах, волосы по всему душу, грязные полы. На регистратуре согласились обменять номер на аналогичный. В нем было сломано крепление для душа, но это всяко лучше, чем было в предудщем номере. Утром спустилась на завтрак: по полу первого этажа и столовой бегают рыжие тараканы, забираясь на столы.
Итог: к персоналу регустратуры претензий не имею, все остальное оставляет желать лучшего.

Неделю назад забронировал,
Не написано было мансардный этаж,
Ну ладно, приехали вечером в восемь, администратор при заселение 40 минут задержала нас, поднималис на мансардный этаж в каридори цвет нет, бардак на этаже в каридори талпа народа где-то 15 человек и дети сидят за столом как будто банкет, но пахнет бич пакетом, санузел ужасный,
Ладно, мы заселились как-то, чтобы убыват время обратно вышли прогуляться,
Потом поздно после 11 ночью зашли, потерпели до утра ели ели, персонал шумит хаха хохо,
Самый главный у нас завтрак включён был, утром в 9ч я спустился к Админу сказал что, когда будет завтрак, а она сказала какой завтрак! Я напомнил и объяснил ей, потом она по комп. Узнала что у нас завтрак положено,
Просто на бумажки написала записки, потом сказала покажите на этажи кому-то, это пипец,
А мы взяли и ушли!
