Попросили дополнительное одеяло и халаты. Четыре часа, ничего. Попросили повторно. Пришла горничная "Вам халаты какие надо? Я не знаю какие там у нас есть, идите сами меняйте". Нулевая звукоизоляция номеров, отель на центральной улице, на которой до 4 утра орет музыка Плохое состояние номеров, оторванные обои, отколотая плитка в ванной.

Che dire? un hotel moderno dotato di tutti i confort.. ideale per congressi. Si trova nella centralissima baumana, posizio e perfetta. Camere spaziose e pulite, cibo ottimo. Mi sono trovato benissimo durante il mio soggiorno per il congresso

Остановились в отеле Шаляпин 16 декабря 2024, брали номер на 2 -е суток. В 2015 году этот отель был дорогой, тогда не смогли себе позволить на новогодние праздники. Заселились раньше 14:00. Номер бронировала для троих ( с нами был ребенок 1,8 мес. ) с завтраком, дали на 4 этаже. Первое впечатление-видно, что очень старинный отель, обновление отеля давно не было. Елка при входе в отель самая обычная, с украшением и декором не заморачивались. Хотя можно было украсить получше. Но деталям в этом отеле не уделяют. Расположение отеля прекрасное, центр. Отель находится на центральной пешеходной зоне, до каждого объекта Казани 1,5 км. Есть бассейн, вечером бронировали, вода теплая, около 23-25 градусов, и сауна. Приходят местные люди, плавают. Время в бассейне нужно бронировать на втором этаже. Завтраки хорошие. Но обед- бизнес-ланч не понравился, не очень вкусно. Суп-лапша, в нем мяса вообще не было, салат цезарь было видно, что давно делали, остался. Неполный стоил 550 р. Полный бизнес-ланч 770 р. Детского меню не было. Номерной фонд старинный. Кроме, как расположения, больших плюсов этого отеля я не увидела. Рядом рестораны дорогие, и с детским меню только «Сказка», что было печально. На третьи сутки мы переехали в Сулейман отель, по стоимости было одинаково ( в нем мы были в 2015-2016), и приятно было удивлены хорошим сервисом, уютом, новшествами. Но расположение дальше от центра. Хотелось бы, чтобы отель «Шаляпин» модернизировался, обновлялся, так как старый фонд отеля огорчил. Второй раз не вернемся.
